Wrong ringback tone between AA and Call Queue
Hello together
as i saw there was a similar post to my problem:

I think they fixed this by playing an US ringback tone which is really confusing in my area.
So if a caller calls a hotline number (direct routing) and the call goes from AA to the queue there is a 3-5s US ringback tone between the music on hold starts playing.
Is there a way to fix this?
