Hej, When using Bing Chat Enterprise you state that Bing Chat Enterprise is using Microsofts global datacenters, this can theoretically mean that a chat prompt will be saved (for a short time) in a datacenter in India. This will be classified as a third-party transfer (according to EU rules) and can be a problem for european countries to use this feature with company data. Is there any solution to the problem above or have I misunderstood how Bing Chat Enterprise works? BR, ThomasBing Search exposing Bing Chat Enterprise interaction content
Interaction with Bing Chat Enterprise https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/bing-chat-enterprise/privacy-and-protections#commercial-data-protection. How does Microsoft guarantee that confidential data is not exposed through Bing Search when a user is interacting with Bing Chat Enterprise? There is assurance that Bing Search queries triggered by prompts aren't linked to users or organizations by Bing, but there is no similar assurance that confidential _content_ of a Bing Chat Enterprise prompt won't be exposed to Bing Search. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftsearch/security-for-search#logging states that there is a ‘set of restrictions or frequency thresholds’ that when met, give sufficient confidence that a query isn’t specific to a particular organization. It seems there are criteria in place governing which Bing Search queries are/aren’t determined to be specific to a particular organization, but it’s not clear what this criteria is and whether it’s applicable to Bing Search queries performed by Bing Chat Enterprise. Bing Chat Enterprise states very prominently to end-users that it ‘protects personal and company data’. If it’s possible for interaction with Bing Chat Enterprise to result in confidential information exposure through Bing Search queries, this isn’t entirely correct and impacts how my organization will assess the risk of Bing Chat Enterprise adoption.Bing Chat Data and Privacy

In its current "Preview" state, BCE requires users to consent to the "Preview Version" of its Terms, which can be found https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/bing-chat-enterprise/terms-of-use. Notably, a specific sentence within the Preview Version of the Terms for BCE reads as follows: "You acknowledge and agree that BCE is being provided to you in preview and may therefore have limited or differing security, compliance, and privacy commitments." This clause effectively overrides any guarantees provided by Microsoft concerning Data, Privacy, and Security that would otherwise apply to BCE until it reaches General Availability (GA). This renders corporate Privacy & Security teams somewhat cautious about authorizing the use of BCE's Preview version in any live production environment. Do we have any information on the projected or official date for the GA release of BCE? Will BCE become GA at the same time as M365 Copilot (November 1st)? Thanks
