Expected GA Release Date for BCE

In its current "Preview" state, BCE requires users to consent to the "Preview Version" of its Terms, which can be found https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/bing-chat-enterprise/terms-of-use.

Notably, a specific sentence within the Preview Version of the Terms for BCE reads as follows:

"You acknowledge and agree that BCE is being provided to you in preview and may therefore have limited or differing security, compliance, and privacy commitments."

This clause effectively overrides any guarantees provided by Microsoft concerning Data, Privacy, and Security that would otherwise apply to BCE until it reaches General Availability (GA).  This renders corporate Privacy & Security teams somewhat cautious about authorizing the use of BCE's Preview version in any live production environment.

• Do we have any information on the projected or official date for the GA release of BCE?
• Will BCE become GA at the same time as M365 Copilot (November 1st)?
