How to update office accounts in bulk?
We have about 100 users in outlook but some info is missing like phone, job-title, manager, location ... I like to update the users and created a XLS file for this linked with the emailaddresses/office accounts. How can I import and map this info into the profiles of the accounts and update this info in bulk? thanks Betty
Users' password has expired in AD but they are still able to access Teams and Outlook
Good morning everyone! I had a user whos password expired in AD, but they were still able to access their Teams and Outlook. Is this because they were not logged out when their password expired? If so, how do I log the user out of everything upon password expiration. If there is another reason please let me know! Thanks everyone 🙂
Adding another user with its own email and outlook online access
Hello, i created another user in the "Active users" section and defined an email for him: avi@mycompany.onmicrosoft.com how do i create an outlook online access for it for his own email? I have a "Office 365 Business Premium" license, Do i need to buy another license so the new user can access his own email address outlook? and if i do, can i purchase outlook only for him?
Anti-mail spoofing in O365
Hello, Some user in my organization reported that he received a mail from another collaborator (same internal domain). The mail look very legit (right sender and recipient adress) but after looking trought the header, it was easy so see it's a spoofed mail . How can i setup a protection from O365, what is the best practice please. The SMTP mail from adress and Return path have been modified :Ensure users installing Outlook add-ins is not allowed affecting integrated apps/add-ins
I'm working on the usual chasing Microsoft Secure Score, one that we have that gives points and takes them away on a weekly basis is this one below. We don't have the three items unchecked in User Roles to accommodate this recommendation. So I figure it is a bugged recommendation. Ensure users installing Outlook add-ins is not allowed However it would be nice to permanently make it so. However, we have another area in M365 Admin that has integrated apps configured for a handful of third party add-ins and of course the Teams Add-In for Outlook. Would this be affected by turning on the above recommendation? Or is this just if the end user goes to add one on their own? Thank you.
Office 365 SMTP setup for Qlikview
Hello Folks, I am trying to set up office 365 for Qlikview with this details : Address: smtp.office365.com Port: 587 Authentication Method: Authlogin user ID: mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons password: password Anytime I am testing it was saying "Could not Connect server. Unexpected AUTH LOGIN response error" Can anyone help resolve this?
