Hello, I would like to recommend some additional functionality for the OneDrive IOS app. If we work with OneDrive in connection with Teams or SharePoint, we have to use SharePoint shared libraries to access files. OneDrive is missing some important functionality to handle files in this use case, esp. features to copy or move files are missing. IOS is missing a good file manager as well. The built in Files app relies on 3rd party apps when it comes to cloud storage. That means, it will communicate with i.e OneDrive app to handle files in the cloud. And it only can do what OneDrive app offers. So I would like to see copy and move functionality in the context menu of OneDrive IOS app when I work with shared libraries. As a workaround we can use the web version of OneDrive. But that means a lot of context switching. The usability is not good any longer. In my opinion, if the functionality is missing, working mobile or on the go with the app turns useless.36KViews1like7CommentsNot seeing any folders or files in iOS app, only 'Libraries'
Help! My company is piloting Office 365 (minus exchange for now). We had commercial license but just switched to GCC (Govt) account and migrated our domain a couple of days ago. Now, when users log back into OneDrive for Business on their iPhone or iPad, none of their files are displayed. Actually the only section displayed at all is 'Libraries' with no option to switch to files view. However OneDrive works fine for the same users on the web or on the desktop app, all files are there and they can interact with them as normal. What am I missing? Is there some global setting that is preventing the file functionality from working on mobile devices?Solved19KViews1like11CommentsDifference between OneDrive for Business Vs Next Generation Sync Client (Microsoft OneDrive)

We have some critical confidential documents in one document library which normal user should not able to see. To achieve this i have hide this document library in SharePoint so normal user are not able to see this library under site contents. But in when i opened the OneDrive app in browser, under "Shared Libraries" tab, i see my SharePoint site and when i clicked on that site, i can see all document libraries included hidden library also. But when i open OneDrive app in mobile and go to "Shared Libraries" tab, i don't see that hidden document library. I think that hidden document library either in OneDrive browser app or in OneDrive app in mobile should not be display. I have hide document library using below PnP command. Set-PnPList -Identity $ListName -Hidden $True4.5KViews0likes2CommentsCannot edit files when offline - mobile devices
Mobile (Android/iPhone/iPaD) – OneDrive 4 business – make folder available offline – sync data – go offline and test that data is stored locally – Good – this works - we are signed in to the apps and they show our account when opening a word/excel document - opened offline when we open any of the offline files – they open as read only and we are asked to save a copy – and can only save to local device – which is not allowed by policy. We also do not want to save to a different location - We want to be able to open the offline file, edit, and save in its cached OneDrive (offline enabled) folder - and then sync once device is back online. Any suggestions Maybe this is by design – but we then need to figure out a workable solution.4KViews0likes0CommentsOneDrive-for-Business-links not accessible via web browser on Android - "MobileUpsellWrapper"-Error
We're experiencing the following problem: When sharing a link to a folder on OneDrive for Business, people who try to open this link in a web browser on mobile phones get displayed the attatched error message for a few seconds and after that a blank white screen. As far as we could find out, this error does not occur when sharing and opening links/folders from normal OneDrive-Accounts. This only seems to be the case with OneDrive for Business. Has anyone had the same issue or/and an idea how to solve this?Solved3.9KViews0likes6Comments
