If Microsoft is going to terminate Publisher in 2026, it would make sense for the programmers of Word to actually create an import function for Publisher files that faithfully creates the file in word. I am new to Copilot and I want to make a decision as to whether it is worthwhile to purchase it. I have seen that there is a Copilot that can be added to Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel. I believe that there is also one for Microsoft Word. (All of these in Microsoft 365) Is there a Copilot for Microsoft Access and Microsoft Publisher in Microsoft 365? If so, how do I install it? If not has Microsoft any plans for either of these in the near future?
Need help on Mail Merge to add multiple CC from MS Publisher
HI All I am using O365 version in my office laptop and posting this query from personal laptop. Objective: Employee has attended Training and we want to send email to Employee to get Certify now with an email message from MS PUBLISHER through Mail merge option and CC ( his project supervisor & competency SPOC) by using MS Publisher from Mail Merge option. Attached excel sheet with sample data for your reference. So if any one can help me with DETAILED steps how to send email to employee( Cell D2) and to CC ( E2 & F2 ) parallelly that would help. I am wondering how I can use 365 to do things that I was planning to do on my website, such a member's forum, video and documents. Is there a Publisher equivelant in MS 365? I want to make printable (PDF) books. Can I use Sway presentations on my Wordpress Website? Do those that I invite to my 365 products have to have MS 365 subscription accounts to access? Can MS Stream videos be used on my website? Can I invite non MS Stream users to view my videos in Stream?
Publisher 2016 2-sided Printing Problem
Just yesterday on 4-23-18, I've had 2 of 3 users' Publisher 2016 (latest version of Office 365), both running Windows 10 Pro, fully patched, stop printing double-sided to our Canon IR ADVANCE c7565i for no apparent reason (using v. 30.30 (x64) URF II drivers and tried PS3 drivers as well). When going to print any 2-sided .pub file, with 2-sided - flip on long edge selected, the preview only shows 1 of 1 pages, despite there being 2. I can click the arrow to advance to the second page and it displays in the preview. When printing, it only outputs the first page with nothing on the back. I've converted the .pub file to PDF and was successfully able to print double-sided. One of the users was somehow able to resolve the issue, stating that she thought she had reset the printing defaults, but wasn't sure. I tried resetting the printing defaults on the user that was still experiencing problems, through the Printing Preferences of the Canon, but it had no affect. Strangely, inserting a 3rd, blank page works around the issue and allows the user to specify to only print the first 2 of 3 pages, which correctly outputs on both sides. Anyone know what might be going on here and how to correct it?
Publisher 2016 Mail Merge Not Working
Hi, We have Office 365 installed. We have all printer drivers up to date. When we print a newsletter in publisher and use mail merge, the first 10 newsletters print with the names and addresses. After that, the mail merge does not work and the newsletters are blank where the names and addresses should be. I have researched and found threads but the forum will not allow me to link the threads. Every thread I found says many people are having this problem in Publisher 2016 and there is no fix. https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/1615329-mail-merge-printing-not-working-in-publisher Is there a fix to this problem?
