More than one user can sign up for a meeting configured for a single person
In my calendar, several users can sign up for a meeting, but only one. If a meeting is already selected, another user should not be able to select it. I have configured several meetings of 15, 30 minutes, and 1 hour in my calendar. I send the booking link to users so they can choose the time to reserve the meeting. The issue is that in some cases it works and in others it doesn't, allowing a second user to choose a meeting that is already booked. This forces me to cancel and assign another time. Can you help me with this?
Bookings calendar based on room availability
Hello, I have a bookings calendar set up for multiple users, but they all rely on the same conference room. We have our conference room set as a resource in Office 365. If the conference room is already booked, the expected behavior would be that Bookings would not allow someone to book a meeting with me at that time. Currently though, if the conference room is booked, a customer is still able to book me for the same time, causing a conflict (double booking) of our conference room. I have not been able to figure out how to make bookings aware of both my schedule AND the conference room schedule. Is there a way to accomplish this? I do have the conference room added to my bookings page. Thanks
How do I use Bookings to schedule private staff Teams meetings?
Hello. I am scheduling one-on-one Teams meetings with staff members, and today I discovered that when I use the chat during a call with one staff members (it's just the two of us on the call at the time), then everyone else I've met with previously receives the chat in their Teams chat, even though they are not on the call. Consequently, two other staff members who were not on the call responded to our chat. How do I use a scheduler like Bookings to set up private Teams meetings with individual staff members? I don't want to meet with everyone all at once all the time, but I do want individual staff members to be able to schedule a meeting with me, have the meeting link in the calendar event, and be able to have a private meeting with me. Is this possible? Thanks for your advice!
