I am having an issue with OneDrive's "Free Up Space" issue on my Mac. While in OneDirve in Finder, I see a folder that has the icon for locally available files that I want to only be in the cloud and not take up space on my hard drive. I right click on the folder and select "Free up space" expecting it to change all the icons to the "online only files" icon with the little cloud. The folder then displays the syncing icon and when looking at the folder the actual files change to cloud and then start re-downloading again and one by one changing from the cloud icon to the "locally available file" icon. I have tried the same action on both individual files in the root of my OneDrive, folders, and files within folders and I cannot get any file to stay as an online only file. I have restarted my computer as well as relaunched finder and I still get the same behavior. Any help you can provide in solving this problem would be greatly appreciated!19KViews0likes10CommentsMacOS O365 Outlook On-Premise Exchange
Hello Community! I had a customer reach out to find out if there is any other configuration they can deploy for their MacOS infrastructure to auto-configure the O365 Outlook app with on-premises Exchange? It appears the only auto-configuration available is by leveraging Exchange Online, which they don't have today and it will be a about a year before they are on EXO. Thank you!1.1KViews0likes0CommentsMac Word 2019 does not display MHTML images
I have a DOCX with a MHTML file with embedded image included in an altChunk element. The DOCX or MHTML itself is displayed in MS Word 2019 on Windows. However, MS Word 2019 for Mac shows text only, but not the images. Is it a Mac Word bug? E.g. see the attached DOCX file. Note: see also https://github.com/evidenceprime/html-docx-js/issues/129 Update: I've tried to create a text with an image in Mac Word, save as MHTML file. Close Word. Open Word and open the MHTML file - images are not visible, too. So, it's a Mac Word bug. Workaround: inline images using data: URI, i.e. <img src="data:image/png;base64,..."> However, the Word for Mac treats alpha channels as black in such inline images - another bug, so the image should not have alpha channel.741Views0likes0CommentsMS Teams for Mac errors on uploading folders
It looks like the MS Teams for Mac client has an issue with uploading folders when using the Upload button. I had a user who was reporting having problems uploading files to Teams and when I sat down with the user, we had no problems doing the Drag and Drop of Folders into the Teams channel, but when she showed me how she normally does it, she clicks on the Upload button, selects a folder, and then it returns an error in uploading. If we do it via Sharepoint's upload, no issue, just using the Teams for Mac app. Anyone else having similar problems?2.1KViews0likes1CommentMac OS Log Collection
