How to create custom section layout options for SharePoint online modern site pages?
Hello Everyone, SharePoint provides default layout options below as mentioned in the screenshot. How can we create custom section layout options as per our needs? I have two questions about theming/branding SharePoint Server Subscription (not Online) 1. Apply theme To use a new specific company color schema I want to use a custom Theming for modern pages: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/dev/declarative-customization/site-theming/sharepoint-site-theming-overview To apply the new theme I found the PowerShell commands for SharePoint Online: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/dev/declarative-customization/site-theming/sharepoint-site-theming-powershell But how can I apply the custom theme in SharePoint Server (Subscription)? Regarding the SharePoint Server PowerShell cmdls there is no "apply-theme" command: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/sharepoint/sharepoint-server/sharepoint-server-sub-cmdlets 2. Font family It is possible to apply a company specific font in the modern experience mode? All classic layout options (MasterPages, composed looks etc.) not useable. The only option that I found so far needs an SPFx application customizer.
Auto Align a break in a Line/Row
Hello. a little bit of a background, i am trying to make for myself a template for a practical report which i could then print out and fill out any changing/dynamic variables (like group or date) is there any way i could make it so that word would auto align the part where information is inputted into and even have it so that when im typing out the information and it reaches the end of the page instead of it starting again in the beginning it automatically aligns itself i also have the group list be made out of a text box, is that a good way to go about doing it or is there any better method to do it thank you in advance!
wrong A4 Layout in word on mac
my word documents don't have the correct Layout and sizing. the height of my document is showing as the height for an A4 paper, but in reality it's not the correct height. Which means I can't use the header and the whole upper part of a document is cut off. everything should be calibrated to the correct extend but it's still not working. Feedback and Help preferably in German 🙂 ad picture: the Layout can't be changed and the right dimesions are chosen
SharePoint 2019 (On Prem)-Vertical section layout is not available for Modern site in SP 2019
Hi, On the modern page of SharePoint 2019 the "Vertical section" layouts is not available. Hi, I am trying to add the the three column layouts in the modern page in the SharePoint 2019 (On Prem) site and added the web parts in the each column. After adding the Web parts there are white space are appearing on the right side Please let me know how we can reduce those white space , or adjust the web parts that fit to screen with no white space or any workaround.
New bookings page layout bugs
I've encountered a couple of small layout bugs while using the new Bookings page. If you add a larger logo to your bookings page and confirmation emails, it looks rather small and should be made possible to appear larger. It is fine if the logo is just an emblem. When having multiple service items to select on a Bookings page, a button "Show more services" appears. When your page is in English this appears fine, but using another language (eg. Dutch), the text of the button is longer and not all of the text is visible. Maybe also add an option to show all the services no matter how many there are. Hovering over the organization's website link and "Powered by Microsoft Bookings"-link at the bottom give them a white color and make them barely to not readable. The white color probably comes from the css of the older Bookings page which had a darker gray background. In the new Bookings it should be changed to have a darker color when hovering over the link. It would also be nice to make the organization's telephone number clickable on the bottom of the page.New Web Widget behavior: Auto Hide when Pinned to the sides of the screen, (Left/Right)
Microsoft Edge Version 91.0.836.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit) if you don't have it yet, it's because of CFR so with this new behavior, you can move your mouse/finger to the left/right edge of the screen to reveal Web Widget. of course, there are other ways to access it too.
