Retention Labels - PowerAutomate integration doesn't support solution flows?
Hi there, As explained in the documentation here, you can now call a PowerAutomate flow when a retention label reaches the end of its retention period, which is great. However, based on my tests, this functionnality does NOT support flows that are part of a solution. It only works for flows created in "My Flows". Am I the only one thinking no serious enterprise would handle a process as big as tenant-wide retention using a "personal" flow created by a random user in "My Flows"? I would rather use a "corporate" flow that is packaged, service-principal-owned and deployed through staging environments using ALM best practices but somehow someone decided that solution flows weren't supported, which makes the functionality useless 😞 Anybody found a workaround to make it work with a solution flow? Thanks!
Microsoft Purview - User not getting prompt to apply sensitivity label
We have a few users who have stopped getting prompt to apply MS Purview sensitivity labels on emails only in Outlook on IOS and Outlook online. Their windows laptops are fine. We have checked that they are part of the group that the label publishing policy is applied to and had been using the labels earlier successfully until recently. What are the things I can do to troubleshoot this issue?'Apply label to items in this list or library' - Not showing in settings
Hi I have set up labels for one of my clients. I can add the label from the document both online and local application. When I migrate the data for one set of data I want to add the label to everything in that document library, however in the DL settings, this option is not showing under Permission and Management. I also don't seem to have the capability to add this in SharePoint under the details pane. Have I missed a step in setting this up?
Guest access- suffix label
We need to keep guest access turned on to run meetings with external individuals/organisations, but as a school we're experiencing people trying to access lessons that are not theirs, and causing problems. When the (guest) suffix label appears, we can easily identify and deny admittance, but some guests area appearing without that suffix label, and are mimicking our usernames, making it impossible to identify without hovering over each potential participant to see their card. Feature update - New label on flags
DeletedThe edge://flags pages should have the new flags with New label and should come at the top. So it would be easier to identify the latest feature flags instead to go through all the flags and manually decide if that is new. Currently, everytime I update my canary I have to search whole flag list for any new flags to try out.
Azure Information Protection labels being overrided
I recently implemented the Azure Information Protection P1 in my tennant. When I label a document as "Confidential - All Employees" it becomes available to all employees. If I share the document by rightclicking the document and using the "Azure information Protection" Client - and then I classify the Document as "Confidential - All Employees" - and check the "Protect with custom permissions" and choose an email from outside my organisation, it will then override that label and not allow Employees to open the document. Is this intended? Does the "Custom Permissions" override these labels on purpose, or is this a mistake on my part? Thanks in advanced.
