SQL2022 installation failed in Win Server2022 with code 0x851A001A
Hello, SQL2022 installation failed under MS Windows Server 2022 Standard (10.0.20348) with error code 0x851A001A. Follow MS Troubleshooting "Troubleshoot errors related to system disk sector size greater than 4 KB" wasn´t helpful. Thank you in advance for help. Screenshot of error and info attached:
Problem with Microphone after Mac Update to 15.0.1
Hello, I am using the following: - M1 Mac Book Pro - MacOS 15.0.1 - Speaker device: FiiO K5 Pro - Microphone: Shure SM7B / Focusrite 2i2 Since updating the MacOS version I have a very strange effect: - Shortly after joining a call everything works fine, after some seconds my Microphone stops working / peers do not hear me anymore - I can resolve this by opening the microphone settings tab. It has to stay open during the whole call. - The test call always works fine, I can hear the robot and my recording. I guess because the call is too short for the problem to appear. What I tried: - Unsetting/resetting the "microphone" permission in MacOS - Reinstalling teams multiple times - Updated the Focusrite Drivers Do you have any ideas how to fix the issue?
MSIX package and shortcut icons
I see some strange behavior and can't explain why it is not working. I am playing around with the MSIX package and shortcut icons. I created them using the Visual Asset generator (https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9mz6qrqtdkf2?hl=en-US&gl=US) and copied them to the Assets folder. When configuring the shortcuts with the files, the shortcuts and package logo stays blank. When I open the manifest and point the entries hardcoded to the files the icons appear. Like this config below. <Application Id="PSFLAUNCHERTwo" Executable="PsfLauncher2.exe" EntryPoint="Windows.FullTrustApplication"> <uap3:VisualElements AppListEntry="default" BackgroundColor="transparent" Description="Fair Prod" DisplayName="Fair Prod" Square150x150Logo="Assets\Edge-Square150x150Logo.scale-400.png" Square44x44Logo="Assets\Edge-Square44x44Logo.scale-400.png" VisualGroup="FCA"></uap3:VisualElements> </Application> But when removing the ".scale-400" part of the files, the icons would not appear. Hi, We are experiencing issues with the reschedule-feature in MS Bookings. Issue: If customers reschedules an appointment, the staff gets no notification and the appointment in outlook calendar is not updated. Notifitcation: We received the notifications before. We first experienced this issue this week. One workaround for the missing notification is checking the box, that the company receives notifications for new and changed appointments. But this does not influence the syncing error. Syncing: The syncing works fine if we reschedule the appointment via bookings page. The syncing does not work if the customer reschedules the appointment via the link in the appointment. On the customer side, everything is syncing fine. The screenshot below shows the issue recreated in a test-case. Does anyone have a solution or is experiencing similar issues? Thanks in advance, Nils
cant leave windows 11 insider program
Hello, i cannot leave the insider program. Im in windows 11 beta channel right now. If i try to leave the proramm by settings -> windows update -> windows insider program i have two options. I should be able to choose to leave the program with the next windows release, but this option is blurred out and i can not interact with it. The other option is the link at the bottom, which redirects me to a microsoft website. After logging in, it also tells me i can not leave the program now because my mail adress isnt registered. But u dont have another mail adress. I already contacted the support about that, the case number is 7034906605. We tried to create a new user and leave the program by this, but it also didnt work. I also did a windows reinstall with keeping my personal files and data. I would like to get around this issue without having to completely reinstall my windows because its a long process. Hello everyone, I noticed an Edge problem with the scrolling . It's annoying- When I search something into the search bar and hit enter, then on the results page, when I scroll, it scrolls too slow. I have changed the lines/speed of scroll, but it didn't help. The funny thing is, that the faster you scroll on that page, the slower it scrolls! Also, it doesn't happen anywhere else other than a search results page. I have two computers, and two mice (one for each computer), and it happens on both mice and PCs, so it can't be my mice problem. One of my computers is an Insider, and the other one is not. So today I added a few new tasks to my To Do list on the webapp, upon creating these the webapp advised me I needed to refresh the webapp to sync my data to my calendar. After selecting this and when the webapp refresh all of my tasks including the tasks I just created where gone. The weird thing is it must be stored somewhere because when I go to My Day and click on the suggestions pane, the tasks I created today are on there however I am unable to add them to by day when I click on them. Has anyone experienced this before and know how I can restore all of my tasks, both outstanding and completed? UPDATE: I can see the tasks in the To Do outlook but still unable to see these in the To Do webapp
Bookings Group Meeting One Cancellation Cancels Entire Event
Hello, Hoping someone can help us find a workaround. We utilize Bookings to schedule and conduct group- style open interviews for an entry level position at our organization. We are finding that when an applicant books a meeting, and then cancels their booking, everyone booked, including the staff member assigned, receives a cancellation notice. Further, the meeting disappears from the Bookings calendar and shows as CANCELLED on the staff member's Teams calendar. We are assuming this is not how the feature was intended to function and it is causing confusion among our applicants. Has anyone else experienced this before, and figured out a workaround to prevent this from happening?
