Hello, I am using the following: - M1 Mac Book Pro - MacOS 15.0.1 - Speaker device: FiiO K5 Pro - Microphone: Shure SM7B / Focusrite 2i2 Since updating the MacOS version I have a very strange effect: - Shortly after joining a call everything works fine, after some seconds my Microphone stops working / peers do not hear me anymore - I can resolve this by opening the microphone settings tab. It has to stay open during the whole call. - The test call always works fine, I can hear the robot and my recording. I guess because the call is too short for the problem to appear. What I tried: - Unsetting/resetting the "microphone" permission in MacOS - Reinstalling teams multiple times - Updated the Focusrite Drivers Do you have any ideas how to fix the issue?234Views0likes2CommentsCustom Teams app works in browser app but not in desktop app
I've created a simple app using App Studio. It's basically 2 tabs that display 2 different SharePoint sites. I installed the app successfully, but when I access the app in Teams desktop, both tabs are blank. When I access the same app thru Teams in the browser, it displays both tabs/sites correctly. Has anyone seen this or know of a way to fix the issue? Most of our users use the desktop Teams app to access Teams. I'm having an issue with Teams. I was trying to sign in to Teams on a different work computer -- one in one of the conference rooms. I went to Sign Out and Teams went through the process, then closed the program. Seconds later, then program re-opened and THE SAME ACCOUNT WAS SIGNED IN. It didn't give me the option to sign in with a different account, just kept re-signing-in with the other one. I looked in Account Management and tried Googling the solution, but nothing worked. Why does Teams not let you just flat out sign out? Why does it automatically sign the same account back in, second after successfully signing out? What is the point of allowing it to sign out if it's not going to let me choose to enter in my information to sign in? It's insane that I had to call my IT department to fix the problem. This shouldn't be an issue, ever.1KViews1like3CommentsUnable to admit people waiting in lobby
Hello, Since few days we are experiencing issues in admitting external users from the lobby. Even when clicking admit nothing happens. External people are going to lobby even if the meeting has been set without any lobby even for people outside our organization. This issue was not happening few weeks ago dealing with the same external users. Are you aware of any recent issue generating this kind of problem? Thanks BR Mauro24KViews1like7CommentsCannot access Microsoft Teams
Hi, I signed up for Microsoft teams. I was able to set up a team on my first login. But when I tried logging in again, it tells me that "You're not on Teams yet, but you can set it up for your organization." message even though I already signed up.0Solved88KViews2likes30CommentsChanging display name in the Admin Panel does not reflect in the Teams Windows Desktop Client
Hello Teams Community, I recently stumbled upon this issue when changing an user last name, the Microsoft Teams Client doesn't get updated accordingly. When opening the Teams Web Application and Teams Android Mobile App, the name is shown correctly. The issue only occurs in the Microsoft Teams Client for Windows. When deleting the Cache and Databases from the Application Data folder the information gets "Refreshed" and the Display Name gets updated accordingly. Here is the Script I used to delete the folders: $VerbosePreference = "Continue" # Force Close any Teams Process Get-Process -Name "Teams" | Stop-Process -Force # Get Microsoft Teams Paths $TeamsRemovePath = @() $TeamsRemovePath += Join-Path -Path ([Environment]::GetFolderPath('ApplicationData')) -ChildPath ("Microsoft\Teams\Cache") $TeamsRemovePath += Join-Path -Path ([Environment]::GetFolderPath('ApplicationData')) -ChildPath ("Microsoft\Teams\databases") $TeamsRemovePath += Join-Path -Path ([Environment]::GetFolderPath('ApplicationData')) -ChildPath ("Microsoft\Teams\IndexedDB") $TeamsRemovePath += Join-Path -Path ([Environment]::GetFolderPath('ApplicationData')) -ChildPath ("Microsoft\Teams\Local Storage") # Remove items Remove-Item -Path $TeamsRemovePath -Recurse -Force -Verbose32KViews1like9CommentsMac - Teams app won't load meetings after OS update - Big Sur 11.6
Hi there. I'm having issues starting meetings/conference calls ever since I updated the OS on my Macbook to Big Sur 11.6. I can't join meetings I've been added to or ones I've created myself, and the 'Meet now > Start meeting' doesn't work. After a minute waiting in the app I get a 'We ran into a problem' pop up, as shown in the attached image. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling which did not help. My Mac Zoom app still works, and Teams web app still works. Any advice? Regards, SamSolved6.1KViews2likes8CommentsIssues exporting Power BI data from embedded reports in Teams
We're experiencing issues with exporting Power BI data from Teams. The error message is: "File couldn't be created.Executing the Query for the Export Data operation resulted in an error." It's affecting some reports and not others, and I can't find a correlation with the affected/unaffected reports. It's affecting some reports in a specific workspace/Team and not others and the issue is occuring across multiple workspaces/Teams. The same issue happens on both desktop and web app, and the report settings for the affected reports are the same as the unaffected reports. Both normal tables and matrix tables are affected. This seems to be a Teams issue as the data can be exported from the PBI Service okay. It's very annoying as we have minimal Pro licenses in our organisation - almost everyone accesses their data through embedded reports in Teams. Is anyone else having this issue or is it an "us" problem?Solved10KViews1like4CommentsTeams chats and groups not visible/disappeared on laptop
Hello, Just about a hour ago I rebooted my laptop. Internet wasn't great somehow. Had a small windows update executed as well. Now is my entire chat history missing, excluding ONE chat (random?). When I type for a person to start a chat with, it's not showing the history. There are also no Teams groups visible for me anymore, excluding ONE chat (random?). The teams app on my phone is still showing all chats and teams. I am also able to send messages in the chats and teams from my phone that are missing on the laptop. I checked FAQ's and recent posts for anything similar, but haven't found anything yet. Is anyone familiar with this issue and a possible fix?Solved236KViews2likes8Comments
