Scroll doesn't work properly on a search results page
Hello everyone, I noticed an Edge problem with the scrolling . It's annoying- When I search something into the search bar and hit enter, then on the results page, when I scroll, it scrolls too slow. I have changed the lines/speed of scroll, but it didn't help. The funny thing is, that the faster you scroll on that page, the slower it scrolls! Also, it doesn't happen anywhere else other than a search results page. I have two computers, and two mice (one for each computer), and it happens on both mice and PCs, so it can't be my mice problem. One of my computers is an Insider, and the other one is not. Did any of you have this problem? Thanks for reading, I'll be waiting to hear back from anyone!
Issue with searching in PDF using Microsoft Edge
Say I'm searching for the keyword "apple" in a PDF document using Microsoft Edge. The search immediately starts as I type in the first letter of the keyword, in this case "a". Edge then struggles to find all the numerous instances of this letter, which takes it about 10 seconds, during which Edge is not responding. This makes searching PDFs using Edge very tedious, rendering Edge irrelevant for PDF viewing and editing. Please advise. Aviram
Microsoft Edge Push Notification Service Errors
Hello. We use push to send articles from different clients websites to users. We seem to notice that few hours ago our system started producing lot of errors. When we started looking deeper, we noticed that servers of Microsoft, which are accepting push are responding “500”. Did Edge team scheduled any update or its just technical stuff happening around?
Edge Collections - Sorting shows a duplicate filter
I have submitted this once via in-app feedback and got a response but cannot find it anymore in emails. In current Dev and Release the issue still appears. Repro: open Collections > ... > Sort by > it is a cosmetic issue, thanks for looking into this.Edge only restore one window with tabs
Edge do notrestore all windows and tabs, only a single windows with all tabs from only that window. Instagram Live's not playable on Canary and Dev branches
having issues playing any IG Live Streams on the Canary and Dev versions; the beta and the standard release both seem okay; it recently began within the last 3-4 days; Tried to clear out settings/reinstall browser/kill all extensions/inprivate mode and adjust by tweaking the media flags but no luck. Tried to determine the issue by looking on the same page with working vs non working browser and could not quite pin down the issue and i don't see any running threads on any boards; so curious if anyone else see's the same? (NOTE: live streaming on instagram is where i noticed the issue, didnt' explore other streaming sites, did not impact playing a user's stories, only the live streams)Issue in showing site information in the Immersive Reader
The site information in Immersive Reader in the latest versions of Microsoft Edge stable and Insider channels shows that "Your connection to this site isn't secure"which means that if a user sees this, then the user will be thinking that viewing that site in Immersive reader would be insecure, after seeing it multiple times on different websites viewed in Immersive reader, a user might take a thought that using Immersive reader would be insecure and would not use that feature at all, this is misleading. I had sent several feedbacks about this for months, but I got no response and this issue is still not yet resolved. I am requesting to fix this issue as soon as possible.
