Scroll doesn't work properly on a search results page

Hello everyone,

I noticed an Edge problem with the scrolling . It's annoying- When I search something into the search bar and hit enter, then on the results page, when I scroll, it scrolls too slow. I have changed the lines/speed of scroll, but it didn't help. The funny thing is, that the faster you scroll on that page, the slower it scrolls! Also, it doesn't happen anywhere else other than a search results page. I have two computers, and two mice (one for each computer), and it happens on both mice and PCs, so it can't be my mice problem. One of my computers is an Insider, and the other one is not. Did any of you have this problem? Thanks for reading, I'll be waiting to hear back from anyone!
