Hello, I am using the following: - M1 Mac Book Pro - MacOS 15.0.1 - Speaker device: FiiO K5 Pro - Microphone: Shure SM7B / Focusrite 2i2 Since updating the MacOS version I have a very strange effect: - Shortly after joining a call everything works fine, after some seconds my Microphone stops working / peers do not hear me anymore - I can resolve this by opening the microphone settings tab. It has to stay open during the whole call. - The test call always works fine, I can hear the robot and my recording. I guess because the call is too short for the problem to appear. What I tried: - Unsetting/resetting the "microphone" permission in MacOS - Reinstalling teams multiple times - Updated the Focusrite Drivers Do you have any ideas how to fix the issue?913Views1like3CommentsTeams Issue: Will Sign Out But Won't Let Me Sign In to Different Account
I'm having an issue with Teams. I was trying to sign in to Teams on a different work computer -- one in one of the conference rooms. I went to Sign Out and Teams went through the process, then closed the program. Seconds later, then program re-opened and THE SAME ACCOUNT WAS SIGNED IN. It didn't give me the option to sign in with a different account, just kept re-signing-in with the other one. I looked in Account Management and tried Googling the solution, but nothing worked. Why does Teams not let you just flat out sign out? Why does it automatically sign the same account back in, second after successfully signing out? What is the point of allowing it to sign out if it's not going to let me choose to enter in my information to sign in? It's insane that I had to call my IT department to fix the problem. This shouldn't be an issue, ever.1.2KViews1like3CommentsIssues exporting Power BI data from embedded reports in Teams
We're experiencing issues with exporting Power BI data from Teams. The error message is: "File couldn't be created. Executing the Query for the Export Data operation resulted in an error." It's affecting some reports and not others, and I can't find a correlation with the affected/unaffected reports. It's affecting some reports in a specific workspace/Team and not others and the issue is occuring across multiple workspaces/Teams. The same issue happens on both desktop and web app, and the report settings for the affected reports are the same as the unaffected reports. Both normal tables and matrix tables are affected. This seems to be a Teams issue as the data can be exported from the PBI Service okay. It's very annoying as we have minimal Pro licenses in our organisation - almost everyone accesses their data through embedded reports in Teams. Is anyone else having this issue or is it an "us" problem?Solved11KViews1like4CommentsMac - Teams app won't load meetings after OS update - Big Sur 11.6
Hi there. I'm having issues starting meetings/conference calls ever since I updated the OS on my Macbook to Big Sur 11.6. I can't join meetings I've been added to or ones I've created myself, and the 'Meet now > Start meeting' doesn't work. After a minute waiting in the app I get a 'We ran into a problem' pop up, as shown in the attached image. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling which did not help. My Mac Zoom app still works, and Teams web app still works. Any advice? Regards, SamSolved6.5KViews2likes8CommentsIssue with Teams Mobile Notification
Anyone else facing this issue with Microsoft Teams notification. I'm getting the notification banner on my notification panel. But there's no sound. All the notification options are turned on for both teams and phone settings.Phone is not on silent mode. Tried clearing cache, restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling. I saw on other forums that many others are also facing the issue, but couldn't find any solution. I'm facing the issue on my work profile. I tried contacting the work tech support, they said its an issue with the app. Call notification is working fine, issue is for chat and activities. Any help regarding this would be so helpful. Hi everyone! I work in a big organization using a wide range of hardware. We had BSOD problem when starting a video conference with the version 1.3.00.34662. This issue has been solved in the version 1.4.00.2781 but now with the update 1.4.00.2879 it turns out that the problem it’s still unsolved. It seems to be something related with the graphic driver. The models affected are HP 8000, 8100, 8200, 6300… with Intel HD integrated graphics. We try to update the driver to the newest version but the problem persists. If we try to uninstall the graphic driver and use the Microsoft generic, the problem disappears. By uninstalling the application and installing it again doesn’t work either. The only way is downgrade to the version 1.4.00.2781. Does somebody have the same problem? I would be grateful for your prompt response.Solved4.8KViews1like6CommentsNo users shown in call + occasionally missing webcam feed
Hi there, I'm having occasional calls over MS Teams that are organized by companies for interview purposes. I usually get an invite via eMail with a link to join the call and usually go with the Web version. I've had a handful of occasions with the following 2 issues, which are unrelated, but have happened to me at least 2 or 3 times over the past few weeks: 1) The meeting room appears as empty, despite all involved participants having joined. Meaning that if there's 2 of us, neither of us can see the other person in the call and it just appears like you're alone there. 2) Other people can't see your webcam feed, despite it appearing to work just fine on your end. I wasn't really able to find any specific information regarding those issues after a quick search, so I was wondering if anybody had some ideas for solutions or if this is just something that MS has to fix on their end. I guess that it might be an issue with the web version of MS Teams, but using the desktop application is out of question. The webcam feed isn't really big issue, but when you're supposed to have an interview over MS Teams and the meeting room appears as empty, then it's a rather huge problem, especially when you scheduled it weeks in advance only to figure out that MS Teams wasn't doing it's job after contacting the people involved + having to reschedule the call and hope that it'll work next time, which means that some calls are delayed by days if not weeks, depending on how occupied everybody involved is.. 😕1.2KViews0likes2CommentsUnable to admit people waiting in lobby
Hello, Since few days we are experiencing issues in admitting external users from the lobby. Even when clicking admit nothing happens. External people are going to lobby even if the meeting has been set without any lobby even for people outside our organization. This issue was not happening few weeks ago dealing with the same external users. Are you aware of any recent issue generating this kind of problem? Thanks BR Mauro27KViews1like7Comments
