6 TopicsFailed to upload a file (ios ipad issue)
Hi, wondering if anyone can help with this. We are using MS Forms internally and we have an issue with our ipad users not being able to upload images to the forms. It works flawlessly on desktop but for ipad users we have an error saying file can not be uploaded. Here's what I have tried so far: 1) Set the max file upload limit to 10 in MS Forms 2) Set file size limit to 100 MB in MS Forms 3) Ticked all file type options in MS Forms 4) Checked camera settings on ipad and changed file type to most compatible from HEIC for images. Is there anything I am missing? Anyone any thoughts as to what the problem may be? Thanks so much for reading.... 🙂1.4KViews0likes1CommentMicrosoft Forms stops working with iOS Web Content filter
Hello, Our company uses Microsoft Forms on iOS devices for various submissions. We mostly use the Microsoft Forms on iOS devices with no web content filtering. On those devices, the forms load properly and can be reused several times without any loading issues. Our problem is with the iOS devices with the Content & Privacy Restrictions>Content Restrictions>Limit Adult Websites enabled. On those devices, Microsoft Forms will load once then never refresh or allow you load any other Microsoft form. If I turn off the restrictions, the forms will load and refresh properly. I'm wondering if anyone else can replicate the issue or provide me a workaround to having the restrictions on and still access forms repeatedly.2.3KViews0likes6CommentsForms not opening for response collection on tablets
Hi, I am unable to open any of my forms on tablets (I pads), all I get is the loading screen and the rotating circle. I have tried in both safari and chrome. They worked fine 2 weeks ago. I am able to log in and edit the form but able to open a form for entering responses. Link to the response form: https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=9-IvNBRNEEKT7gXFpGGqdadGmgmX_z5MjFgZaZeBKX9UOTdDNzZETTRYSVlQNU9IVFdBSDBQUk4wRy4u Thanks, James799Views0likes0CommentsForm link won't open on iPhone
I have created a form, which works fine on my Desktop on multiple browsers. I share the link via email. When trying to open the link the form won't open. Brings me to the Forms page but it just sits there spinning. If I go to forms.office.com and login, when prompted, and then go to the link it brings me to the form and it loads just fine from my phone. It appears as if, on an iPhone, haven't tested others, that when opening a shared link it isn't redirecting the user to login first. This is all being done through my companies Office 365 account. When I do have to login, and I am redirected appropriately to do so, it brings me to my companies sign in page or allows me to choose my company login that is cached. Any help is appreciated.3.2KViews0likes0CommentsForms pro not working on mobile/iOS
Hi all, I spent a long time migrating a form to pro, only for the form to not work on iPads. The symptoms are: On first opening the form, fields can be selected but no data can be entered (typing on the keyboard does nothing) Reloading/opening the form again just shows a blank white screen - sometimes the "loading" icon will appear for a second The old form, which I have had to revert back to, works fine. This happens on iPads 7th gen, Air 2, running various versions of iPadOS13 and my iPhone XS on 13.6.1.838Views0likes0CommentsOnly Microsoft Forms on a limited Access in iPad
Hello all, I am setting up an iPad so that colleagues should only use the Microsoft Forms and not operate any other stuff. When I go into the settings in the iPad, in the Screen Time > Restrictions > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Web Content > Allowed Websites, I have the address https://forms.office.com/ deposited. Now when I go to Safari and go to the Microsoft Forms link I just have a white background. That's all I see and I can't do anything more. If I set the rule to unrestricted, then I see the Forms questions. I guess there must be more than one Microsoft page allowed in the whitelist. Unfortunately I don't know which ones are. Can you guys help me out with this? Thanks1.8KViews0likes1Comment
