Forms not opening for response collection on tablets

Hi, 

I am unable to open any of my forms on tablets (I pads), all I get is the loading screen and the rotating circle. I have tried in both safari and chrome. 

They worked fine 2 weeks ago. I am able to log in and edit the form but able to open a form for entering responses.
