Please add external full-display support for RD Client on iPadOS 16
With iPadOS 16 beta released, iPads with M1 chip are enabled with Stage Manager supporting external display. RD Client is one of the best apps I have used on iPad. Can’t wait to see this app taking the full advantage of the full-display support on external monitor!
SSO for windows 365 Remote Desktop iOS app
Why? Why? Why? iOS Remote Desktop app will use mothers authentication to launch windows 365 cloud pc, but will not pass credentials to the machine? how can we go passwordless without this? Why is this not a priority? cloud PCs should be built with SSO and passwordless setup from the start. How can i push this to a sec op team when we’ve adopted a passwordless strategy??
Bluetooth mouse input is broken on iPhone/iOS 16 and 17
I have connected a Bluetooth mouse to my iPhone and the RD Client App shows "connected" on the settings screen. If I connect to an RDP session the onscreen keyboard keeps popping up and can't be dismissed. On iOS 17 no mouse input seems to be handled at all. On iOS 16 any mouse input is handled by the onscreen keyboard. If I push a button, I see the keys press. If moving with the button down, I see the sliding trace on the keyboard. The mouse cursor in the RDP session does not move or handles mouse clicks. The expected behavior is that the mouse movement and clicks are controlling the remote host's cursor in the RDP session. Tested on: Devices: iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro OS: iOS 17.0.2, iOS 16.6.1 RD Client: 10.5.1, 10.5.2 Preview Mouse: Logitech MX Master S2, Logitech MX Vertical
Remote Desktop IOS, no way to do right click + logitech combo touch on ipadOs
Hi, im really thankful for this app, its super handy and useful. I would ask if it possible to add right-click possibility on keyboard case for ipad: logitech combo touch. Two-fingers tap doesnt work as right-click and no key combination can emulate this. It’s hard to control windows without it. Hello! There is a bug after the iOS 16 update. I locked the screen to only show the information in the horizontal mode in the configurations of the app, but whenever I try to access the remote device, the screen opens in the vertical and flattens the screen making it impossible to read or use.
There is a bug when I use korean keyboard on ipados16 beta in rd client
I can type english with no problem but there is a bug when I use korean keyboard like this I can type ㅇㅇㄹㄷㅇㅁㄷㅇㅇㄴㄷㅊㄴㄷㄹㅇㄴㄴㅁㅈ only or ㅏㅣ;ㅓㅐㅑㅣㅏㅜㅑㅗㅑㅐㅗㅗ only but I can type with above two things simultanouly ㅇㄷㅇ다ㅇㄷㅇ아ㅇㄷㅇ아 if I keep going to type, It type infinitly repeat ㅇㄷㅇ다ㅇㄷㅇ아ㅇㄷㅇ아... plz fix this bug
Keyboard not working in Virtual Machine console inside Remote Desktop session
The keyboard does not work in Virtual Machine console. Tried it with VMWare, Xenserver, Citrix and XCP-NG. Tried the on-screen keyboard, Magic Keyboard Mac, Magic Keyboard iPad, all not working. The mouse is working. This has been an issue since I moved from my iMac and MacBook Pro to only work on the iPad Pro. Also tried with the Beta client. Same thing. I see on internet more people having this issues (specifically Citrix Remote Desktop workers). Kind Regards, Mohammad
