152 TopicsThe new MD-102 and the missing labs
Hi. This complete rewrite of MD-102 has been long underway and very much wanted. The new courseware arrived on time, but much to our disappointment, we discovered that labs will first arrive in the next 30-60 days. Clients will not be happy with a 5 days course without labs. If this is the new norm, then it will render the Courseware Title Plan useless, if we only get part of the course on the dates mentioned.Students See Admin-Completed Modules After Redeeming Course Code
Is there a way to reset a Code Admin Account (e.g. the email address removed for privacy reasons) used for Microsoft Learn learner course and achievement code generation including distribution? Preparation completed by a TSP using the Code Admin Account appears to be carried over to students when they claim their codes. As a result, modules that were previously previewed by the admin are already marked as completed in the students’ module lists once their codes are activated. I may be missing something, but I’ve attached an image showing how students see some course modules already ticked as completed after redeeming their course code. I also have a related question: are trainers able to view their students’ progress for Microsoft Learn training materials redeemed through these course codes? Specifically, can trainers see whether their students are progressing through the self-paced learning modules? If these questions have already been answered elsewhere, I would appreciate being pointed in the right direction. Any input or guidance would be greatly appreciated to resolve any or all of the above. Thanks in advance.Subject: Delivering Microsoft AI Certifications in a 5-Month MOOC Format
Hi, As an active MCT and Training Services Partner (TSP), we are looking to expand our delivery beyond standard 5-day intensives like AI-102 Certifications. With the latest Microsoft AI certifications for business and tech professionals, we aim to offer a 5-month, long-form MOOC curriculum directly via our TSP portal (similar to the Microsoft AI & ML Engineering Professional Certificate model). We are seeking the correct contact within Microsoft Worldwide Learning to discuss a partnership for TSPs to deliver these extended 'Professional Certificate' programs and the licensing required for multi-month, modular learning formats. We believe this paced approach is key for students to truly master AI. Any direction would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, vk2SolvedAZ-900 - Correct Lab Usage?
Hello, The Courseware Title Plan Courseware Title Plan | Microsoft Community Hub lists Microsoft Learn as the correct source for labs for AZ-900. However, as some of us know, it was unceremoniously cut. What is the correct method for labs for this class now? Also my followup question which I feel like I have asked before but get a new answer each time- Can a TSP/MCT decide they dont want to use labs because it costs money? Or if a lab is listed in the title plan, are they expected to use it to be KPI eligible?Seeking Guidance & Partners for Promoting Microsoft TSP Training
Hello everyone, I’m exploring effective ways to market our Microsoft TSP (Training Services Partner) courses and would really appreciate insights from the community. If you have experience promoting Microsoft training offerings, I’d love to learn about recommended approaches, or useful resources that have worked for you. I’m also open to connecting with individuals or partners who support course marketing on a commission basis. If you have suggestions, guidance, or services you’d like to offer, please feel free to share. Your expertise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your support. vk2Clarification on Courseware Completions Metric for TSP Qualification
Hi DanDonohue We are seeking clarification on whether Applied Skills learner achievement code redemptions contribute toward the Courseware Completions metric for TSP qualification. Specifically, could you please confirm whether this metric applies only to official Microsoft instructor-led courses mapped to a defined course ID (for example, MS-900) with redeemed achievement codes, or if Applied Skills achievements, individual Microsoft Learn modules, or other Learn-based credentials are also included? Thank you, ArchitTSP Courseware Completions not populating in Partner Center
Hi DanDonohue We are seeing an issue with TSP qualification data in Partner Center. Courseware Completions are not populating. Exam unit purchases and average response score are reflecting correctly. However, Courseware Completions remain at 0/1000, even though learners have redeemed achievement codes for Applied Skills. We would like clarification on the expected behavior of the Courseware Completions metric. First, are completions counted only for official Microsoft instructor-led courses mapped to a specific course ID, such as MS-900, with achievement code redemption. Second, should Applied Skills, Microsoft Learn modules, or other Learn-based achievements also contribute to this metric. Any guidance on whether this is expected behavior or a known issue would be appreciated. We can share screenshots if needed. Thank you, ZaibActual Release Dates for AB-XXX courses
Hello A TSP is asking the actual course release dates with MS Learn material for the following courses: AB-100 AB-730 AB-731 AB-900 The latest courseware title plan (dated January 23, 2026) mentions that AB-730, AB-731 and AB-900 are "released" and I can see MS Learn content for them. The exams are still under beta though. The TSP wants to make sure the exam is completely out of beta, so that when they market the course, people sign up for it, take the course, they can then take exams immediately. I understand AB-100 is only releasing on January 30, 2026 but the courseware title plan says February 6, 2026. Regards Chintan PatelSolvedMCT Email in MTM
📣 Important Update for MCT Renewals – Effective October 2026 Beginning with MCT renewals in October 2026, all trainers will be required to have taught 6 sessions (or 6 days) during the previous enrollment cycle. ✔️ Please refer to the attached PDF for the official definition of what qualifies as a session or day of delivery. This activity will be tracked in MTM (Metrics That Matter) using the MCT email address that the trainer is registered with in the MCT Program. 🔔 Important Notice for Learning Partners & TSP Community If your MCTs deliver classes under a learning partner email address, they will not receive credit for those deliveries in MTM. To ensure accurate tracking and compliance: ➡️ MCTs MUST use their official MCT email address when logging deliveries in MTM. ➡️ Learning partners, please ensure your trainers are aware of this requirement and are using the correct email when delivering and reporting classes. Maintaining accurate delivery records is essential for renewal, program integrity, and ensuring we continue to uphold the high standards of the MCT community. Thank you for your cooperation!
