As I'm learning about the slight differences between shared inboxes versus group inboxes, it's becoming less-clear to me when I should recommend one vs another to a client. Hi everyone, I can't create groups at the Outlook desktop app. When I try to create one, shows me the following message: "The group can't be created right now. Please try again later". Although, it is possible to create groups at the Outlook browser version. Is this a known bug? Is there anyone with this problem? I have an Office 365 Group, mailto:info@mycompany.com, so people outside company can email (enquiries) to. Let's say multiple sales people in the company are members of this group and receive these emails in their inbox. When one sees an email from info, how do they know that email has already been replied to or not? We don't want people receive multiple replies from our company of course. 9 users all have a "SharedCalendar" ((a Shared Mailbox) that they put all events on so that all users can see. They don't use their personal calendars at all. Within the last couple of weeks, when they open Outlook, they see the calendar twice. They can close one, but it re-loads next time they launch Outlook. Not a major problem, but apparently a major annoyance for a couple of key users. I ran the "outlook.exe /resetnavpane" and the problem seemed to have resolved, but then the shared calendar disappears from their phones. As soon as I add it back to their phones then the duplicate re-appears in Outlook. I feel like I'm missing something simple. Any suggestions? I have an Email I received from a client that I can't open. There is a lock icon next to it. My IT department can't open it either. When clicked on it gives a message the user credentials don't match. From what IT can surmise the sender probably restricted who can read it. However they sent it to a group mailbox. Outlook seems to be saying you are not c2s, so you can't read this, only c2s can. But the group mailbox does not have its own login and password. No one can sign in as c2s the group. Hello Tech Community, I hope you can help, please. I created a Shared Mailbox. I assigned a Microsoft 365 Group to it called "All Company", which I believe every tenancy has. But when I log into Outlook in the browser and try to send an email from my mailbox, but sending as the Shared Mailbox it says: "You don't have permissions to send messages from this mailbox". I am a member of the "All Company" Group, and so is the Shared Mailbox. Any idea why I can't send emails on behalf of this Shared Mailbox? Also, don't know if it helps, but I am also unable to log into the Shared Mailbox. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hi all, I would like to know how I can automatically copy certain emails (from a specific sender, with certain words in the subject, etc.) from the company's group email, to my private inbox. Obviously I have tried performing this task using rules, however they can only move and not copy the emails from the group mailbox.
