SSRS group adding
Hi everybody, I have an SQL server with SSRS. The reports work fine, but the reports are only available with the administrator profile. So I thought I would like to add another "profile" which is only for reading data. I created a new AD group, which is 'DOMAIN\users_test' but when I want to add the group on SSRS webpage I've got the following error message: "The user or group name 'DOMAIN\users_test' is not recognized." I have no idea what should I do. Can you give me some advice? Thank you. PN
Calendar items not sent to new members of group
Hello, I have created some calendar items in outlook that are sent to a group. Whenever I make a change in that group (either add or delete members) this calendar item is not updated. This means that new group members do not receive an invitation for existing meetings. What I need to do to resolve this, is to edit each such meeting, eg make a change in description, and then send it again. Only this way the new group members will get invited. I come from Google, where this feature works flawlessly and it seems very strange for outlook to force me to update each calendar item, just to update the recipients. It kind of defeats the whole purpose of using groups in calendar. Is there any way you can fix this please? Thank you! I am now using Microsoft Todo for some weeks now. It is generally very helpful. When i try to categorize my tasks in groups and different lists within groups then i cannot see any feature to show me all my tasks over all lists and groups in one place. Isn't such a feature avaibale?
How to access to a public group / public planner
Hi all, not sure I can find this answer on the online how-to. I need to create a public group (linked to a public planner) because I want invite somebody out of my organization. I understand that, let me quote: "Select Public to create a group where anyone within your organization can view its content and become a member." 1) which is fine to me. I don't love it but it's not a big problem. My question is - how do anyone from my organization access to that public planner? I guess they have to type a sort of URL that would take them there, correct? Which URL? For instance I tried https://tasks.office.com/[domain].comfrom another account (same organization) but it didn't work. 2) Let's pretend I don't invite a person of my organization, therefore they don't know that planner exists. I guess Outlook will NOT inform them about this public planner, correct? I just don't want to spam everybody about my planner activities if they are not involved. 3) I made a test on a public planner. I invited a person not from my organization. Then I tested on how to remove them (kick them out from the group), so I removed the person from the group, and I removed their tasks on the planner, but still, if they click on https://tasks.office.com/[domain].com they can still access to my planner. There is no easy way to ungroup a folder in Start menu, the only way to break the folder or group is to manually drag and drop every icon from the folder/group to somewhere else in Start menu. there needs to be an option in right-click menu so that we can ungroup a folder with 1 action. I will be recording many meetings in a Teams "class" or Group. I've seen in MS Stream that the Group is distinct from the Channel. I've connected a Channel to a Group. I've added a Channel tab to the Group's team page. It seems like I still have to individually link each video in the Group back to the Channel. Is there a way to avoid this step? Can I make it so any video I record in a Group's meeting will automatically show up in the Channel/Channel tab for that group?

Hello we use teams mainly for internal communication. The management does not want to be called by the users. However, management wants to be able to call all users. I therefore need a group "A" for users who cannot call users in group "B", but users of the group "B" can call users of the group "A" and "B". Is there a way to do it? Teams for Education: Sending assignment to a group and problem on chat screen
Hi. We've created student groups on Office365 admin panel. And then when we want to send homework to a particular group of students, we can not see the group name on the list! We have email groups for each classroom like 1A, 1B... For example, i teach in multiple classes and i created a team and added my all students, then created channels for each class. And when i create an assignment and want to select group 1A or 2B for instance. Unfortunately i can not see that name of group on the list. What can we do? And second problem is Why video and voice call are inactive? Why it doesn't appear?
Outlook calendar vs Gmail Calendar
Hello... I am trying to share my calendars within Outlook via Office 365. Here is my dilemma... I need to mimic the same experience as I would within the Google calendars. I am moving from Gmail to Office 365 (for my business) and I have users that have used the Gmail Calendar for years and they want to have a similar experience. They like that view has multiple calendars on the left and you can share the calendar with internal and external people... and you can see all of the calendars in one view. Is there a view and/or group and/or resource and/or setup and/or Sharepoint site that can mimic the look and feel of what Gmail has given my users for years? The thing is... I would like the calendar events/objects to appear within my calendar app on my phone. Is that possible?
