Graphical issues on all teams windows.
Microsoft Teams shows graphic issues displaying the app windows, all issues temporaly dissappear (few secs) by clicking on the windows or moving the mouse over the window, my hardware is a laptop: GP62M 7rd Leopard with intel HD 630 and nvidia (msi) 1050 graphics card. This issue has happened allways even on first time i used teams. All graphic drivers are up to date. This runs over WINDOWS 10 os with febrary 2021 update. Teams version is: 1.3.00.33674 (64 bits) This issue happens to few apps (slack, one note, tutanota desktop client). Screenshot are provided below, please help, this issue surpass my trubleshooting abilities. I tried uninstalling and reinstall Teams with no solution, searching on google or forums provided no proper results, that's why I'm here. Hi hope this helps more people with same problem.
Team freezes when sharing Revit, Indesign and Excel files.
It is a well known issue that Team sometimes freezes when sharing Revit, Indesign and Excel files. A web search gives you an insight. Describes by one of my users " The computer freezes and don’t take commands. “ However, I can hear and see the people on Teams and they can hear me but I can not click on anything or move the mouse. then after maybe a minute the computer dies” Anyone who has a work around or found a way to fix this? Clean install and reinstall dont work, neither does clearing the cache. And it also occurs in the web app. We can always use Zoom in combo with Slack, but it would be nice to have this issue resolvedIntel graphics driver in Windows Update for IGPU I7 7700K is OUTDATED
On Windows 10 build 20H1 Stable And also on build 19042.330 (slow/beta) ring, the graphic driver that is automatically installed from Windows Update is extremely Outdated. the latest version is 27.20.100.8280 which is officially available on Intel website. but the version that gets installed automatically from Windows Update is 26.xxxxx Feedback Hub: https://aka.ms/AA8r3yx
