Hello, Our team uses a list to track when we receive certain files. We have a choice column titled Status with 'No Status', 'Received', and 'Complete' options and a Due Date column where we enter the date when that item is due, once received. Instead of manually going into the list and resetting the values, is there a formula/flow I can use to reset items marked 'Complete' to 'No Status' as well as resetting the due date for that row to an empty cell? I don't want to clear/reset the entire columns since certain rows have different due dates and statuses. If one row is marked 'Complete' and the 'Due Date' is today (relative), I would like for those rows to reset back to 'No Status' and due date cell as empty. I appreciate your help in advance!642Views0likes0CommentsBUG in REPLACE FUNCTION?
Hi, I have a very weird issue. We have a requirement to get rid of special Euro language characters. So below replaces Þ with T. However, random letters like H are affected. The below gives GAT as a result. I had a similar issue with S and . Basically unrelated letters are dropped! declare @outStr nvarchar(2000) SET @outStr = 'GATH' SET @outStr = REPLACE(@outStr, 'Þ', 'T') select @outStr ^^^^^^^^ GAT if i replace nvarchar with varchar works ok but we need to preserve any special chars Any ideas what's going on? Hi Community ☺ Thank you in advance for your help ! I'm a beginer with Microsoft List so I'm not even sure that my request/question is doable... So I have a List and in the column A, I have the user's name, in column B their ticket # and in column C I have a list of choices (yes, no, pending, etc.). Is it possible to get an email when the same user gets 10 yes in column C ? With Power Automate, I know how to get an email depending on a value in MS List. However, I don't know how to ensure that we receive an email only when the user X (in column A) reaches 10 value « yes »in column C. Thank you for your responses ☺ And sorry if my english is rusty, I'm francophone 😉 Kindly, Audrey541Views0likes0CommentsExcel - Formulas and Functions for a Dummy - Amature Hour
Hi Community, So really my brain does not do so well with numbers and mathematical lingo. I have been trying to learn today about functions and formulas. My experience with Excel is based more around checklists, forms and my own database. I am very much so a beginner with that regard to formulas/functions and data transferring. My brain does not function at its finest when tying to interpret numbers and mathematical lingo into my checklist and trying to figure out how to successfully create a permutation and connect that data from one worksheet to another. Does anyone know of any fool proof and or really easy to follow tutorials in these areas that might be able to help? Any and all information is much appreciated!1.4KViews0likes2Commentspull multiple rows/columns of info from from one tab into another tab of a template
Hi. Not sure if this is possible. I have an order template that is dynamic based on the info that is pulled into it. Based on D1, B5 & B7 it populates the template from tab called Product List. On the Product lists is column AU called Misc info. The data entered in this column refers to another tab in the workbook. i.e. AU:76 has LG WEST. There is a tab called LG WEST with a bunch of info that is specific for that particular customer. I need to have that info pull into "page 2" of the template for reference I also need it to pull in a picture of the bag. This would be determined by the info populated in G27. There is a tab called BAG PICTURES that has a copy of a corresponding picture of what the bag looks like. I have attached the spreadsheet. For Column D1 choose ROUNDUP.READY from the drop down. For Column B5 choose PRIVATE.LABELrr. For Column B7 choose LG 4R300 CS. For Column B9 put in 100. This will pull in info for one of the orders that has Misc Info and a bag picture. On the sheet to the right of the template in column K2 I have the name of the tab that I would like to pull in the info for. Also down at K37 the name of the bag that I would like the picture to pull in for. These two fields are populated by the info put into the template. If what I am wanting to do isn't possible, please let me know, and I will try to figure out something different. One other thing that is probably something easy. When the template is in its default blank state, is there a way to have it not pull in the False in I10, ##### in G30, #VALUE! in B26 and the 0 in multiple rows? Can it just be blank?1.6KViews0likes0CommentsHow to RANK, but changing the number of components being ranked automatically
I am trying to Rank a column using the following formula: =((RANK(AS4,$AS$3:$AS900)/number_of_stocks)*100), however instead of the $AS900 component, I would like to vary the number of cells being ranked to a number of cells being determined by cell E4 (which changes, as I change another variable)….would anyboby be able to help me with this? I have an application that generates a file that include VLOOKUP formulas, but the result is not calculated automatically. I need to manually press F2 + Enter to have the result calculated. Facts: - I already set: Formulas > Calculation Options > Automatic - B6:B17 and B19:B26 have the "General" format - B28:30 and B32:34 have the "Numeric" format The final idea is to print the text only, not the number zero Here is a copy from the file: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ai_bHPXqfyZSQeSfUN8XcEIJz4fX7gqh?usp=sharing3.1KViews0likes3CommentsFinding the data and to color code it

I'm using the following formula and wanted to see if someone could help me tweak it a bit. IFERROR(IF(VLOOKUP(C:C,SUMMIT!B:J,9,FALSE)+1<A2+1,"REGISTERED","NOT REGISTERED"),"NOT REGISTERED") Column C has a code tied a person Column A has a date of a transaction The lookup is going to sheet with a registration date 9 columns out from the code. The formula tells me if the person was registered on the date of the transaction or not. The formula works properly but I just realized the data set has the same code listed multiple times with different registration dates. People forgot their logins and system limitations list them again... Can some one help me use the earliest Registration Date from the SUMMIT! data set. 9th column of the lookup range. I'm assuming it needs some type of min() Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Tim826Views0likes1CommentHELP!! Combinations have me so confused
So I found a website last year that did all this for me when I was trying to do it, but I cannot for the life of me remember what I googled to find this so I am starting from scratch because every thing I am coming across is not helping. I have a list of 22 people (11 guys and 11 girls). I need to find all the possible combinations of making 11 couples out of these 22 people. Andrew Asia Brett Bria Cam Cali Dan Jasmine Kwasi Kayla Lewis Kenya Moe Lauren Shamoy Maria Tevin Morgan Tomas Nutsa Zak Samantha so I was able to use a formula to determine how many possible couples there are (which is 247) BUT what I really need is to find all the possible ways to arrange these couples into 11 possibilities using each of the 22 people if that makes sense. If you have ever seen the show Are You The One, this is for that show. They take 11 guys and 11 girls and stick them in a house and it is up to those 22 people to figure out which is the correct combination of couples to where everyone is paired with their perfect match. But this is giving me a headache trying to remember how I found all the possible combinations of 11 couples last year!! PLEASE HELP!1.1KViews0likes1Comment
