Wrong fonts in multiple browsers
I have problems with many websites, where fonts are not displayed correctly. This error is showing up across all browsers (have tried Edge, Chrome, FF). I mainly find this error with Google Roboto font. The font is freshly installed. I don't even know what fallback font is used, I'd be fine , if I could just change that, but like this, a lot of websites are unreadable. example website:https://www.foto-erhardt.de/cashback-aktionen.html what I get:https://imgur.com/a/1B7PsvN according to whatfont plugin in chrome, this should be Roboto
Weird text display in Browsers after update
So after the update to Windows 11, Insider Preview, from the start, and right now I am on build # 22000.194 co_release, the fonts on the browsers are very weird. I have not added any custom fonts, these are the default fonts with the browsers. Attaching the images. The same is true for all programs. Hi All, I've been directed to you experts by the MS Support team. MS Office 2019 stores its fonts in the /Applications/Microsoft Word.app/Contents/Resources/DFonts folder, however, all other fonts on the Mac are stored in either /System/Library/Fonts (system or Apple fonts) or /Library/Fonts (other user-installed fonts). The effect is that the MS fonts don't appear in FontBook and so can't be enabled, disabled or otherwise managed. Further, they can't be seen or used by non-MS apps leading to font consistency issues. To simplify font management and ensure use across all apps, I would like to remove all the MS fonts from DFonts and move them to Library/Fonts. If I do so will I 'break' the Office apps? Are there any fonts that Office requires as a minimum in DFonts to enable Word, Excel and Powerpoint to function? To remove the fonts from DFonts; is it simply a case of adding the fonts to Library/Fonts in the usual way with FontBook and then deleting the fonts from DFonts?
