Thank you, Anahita Microsoft Office Newsroom"Error 550 5.7.708 Access denied, traffic not accepted from IP" when sharing link from Sharepoint
Dear all, I've encountered an issue on SharePoint - when I'm trying to share a file link via SharePoint, the message gets undelivered and received a NDR as per title Generating server: HK0PR01MB2196.apcprd01.prod.exchangelabs.com <recipient email> Remote Server returned '550 5.7.708 Service unavailable. I've tried sending to different email providers and domain, and from reading some past posts, it seemed like the issue is pertaining to Office 365 / Exchange rather than on the recipient end. Sending email via outlook works perfectly fine, but only undelivered when shared through SharePoint. Appreciate any assistance on this issue urgently. Thank you ! Hello everyone, Users in my network have reported that for some reason every time they accept or reject an appointment from the calendar, it goes to the drafts folder. Some are using the Office 2019 version and others have the enterprise 365 version, so no matter what version of Outlook you have the behavior is the same. Any ideas?2.6KViews0likes2CommentsExchange password required message on every start
Hey I have the message on every start of my Mac: I tried an old solution in mail but it seems not to work. I know other people who have the same message on every start! How can I fix that? I removed and readied the account already without any changes!Override Office Apps from Office 365 University to Office 365 Enterprise!!!
Hi! I previously had installed on my computer the office apps (Word,Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook) having used my University Account, now I work, and my company just purchased an Office 365 E5 License Subscription and I want to stop using the office apps which are property of my college account and instead install the apps again but from my E5 company subscription. I already did the process of erasing the office apps (From University) and installed from my company portal the Office 365 ProPlus to my computer, but when I open the apps and go to the tab "About this Outlook" it stills says that the app belongs to my college account. So then I did a little research and saw a post that said that I needed to sign in to my college account and deactivate the Office apps connected to my device from there and supposedly everything would work just fine when I re-installed the office apps but from my company account , so I did that, but when doing the process again an open, let's say Word, it stills says that it belongs to my college account, and now I don't know what else to do. Could someone help me if they have experienced this issue and successfully deployed their office apps?Solved1.9KViews0likes3Commentsproblem with outlook asking for password recurrently

I have two email accounts in my Outlook for Mac (Version 16.56). One of them allows me to attach documents without any trouble. The other, however, started giving me the following error message about 2 months ago: "One or more files could not be attached because they exceed the file size limit. Total size of attachments must be less than 0MB." I have asked my network administrator about how to increase the attachment size cap in Outlook for Mac, and I have been told that tech support is not available for this problem because even though this account is my work email, I am accessing it on my personal computer (all office computers are PCs; my personal computer is a Mac). How can I increase the attachment size cap in Outlook for Mac? I am running Monterey 12.0.1.1.4KViews0likes0CommentsOutlook Delegate not Receiving Declined Meeting Notifications
I am an executive assistant and I am set up as a delegate for my boss and have full access to calendar, emails, contacts, etc. I am supposed to receive all meeting-related messages for her. Lately, I am not receiving notifications when someone declines a meeting with her. She gets them, but I do not. I'm still getting notifications when someone accepts a meeting. I would like to check the delegate settings in 365, but am not finding how to do that. I can log into 365 with her credentials, but I don't see how to manage delegates there. Everything I've found online is about managing delegates on the desktop app. I can't do that for her unless I physically have her tablet (which is never, since we both work remotely), so I need to be able to do it in 365. I need help with two things: 1) How to manage delegates in the 365 environment, and 2) How to ensure I am receiving declined meeting notifications. Thanks!Weird Free/Busy in Scheduling Assistant issue
Hello, all! We have encountered a very strange issue with two users' O365 accounts in our ~350-user on-prem Exchange synced to the cloud environment. Both of these users' Free/Busy information is completely blank to other viewers, from a month back of the current date until ~2-3 months in the future. Free/Busy information is viewable from before a month ago, and in the future beyond 2-3 months. This "zone of availability invisibility" is organic, moving forward as time progresses. A few details: -Scheduling a meeting to either of these users appears as if they have their availability completely open -We have changed these users' permissions on their calendar properties to Organization -> Full Details, and the problem still occurs. -This issue can be reproduced both in Outlook Online and locally-installed Outlook application. -Happens regardless of Cached Exchange Mode being on or off -Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer tests all return green -Viewing either users' availability via the Scheduling Assistant in local Outlook application shows very strange behavior. This will sound weird, but the "zone" I mentioned above can be temporarily shortened by scrolling far left or far right, then clicking "Refresh Availability". This will show an extra ~2 weeks of availability information in the past and future, but disappears again if "Refresh Availability" is clicked again. This behavior can be reproduced by any other end user. Has this happened to anyone here before? If so, have you found a solution beyond disabling the account and migrating the user to a new one? -Ry
