Why they go to draft when I accept?

Hello everyone, 

Users in my network have reported that for some reason every time they accept or reject an appointment from the calendar, it goes to the drafts folder.

Some are using the Office 2019 version and others have the enterprise 365 version, so no matter what version of Outlook you have the behavior is the same.

Any ideas?
