I see the announcement in Partner Center Announcements that the 3Yr Term for ME3 and ME5 will be available in June and there is an FAQ, but it says I don't have permissions to access. Can anyone else access this? Also, does anyone know what the liability is for the Partner? When I look at the billing terms documentation for 3Yr terms, it was last updated April 25th and is very specific to Dynamics. It does state that a partner can cancel during the term, but again, is that specific to Dynamics or is that an option for the new SKUs as well?SolvedExplore Dynamics 365 Business Central Digital Event

Dear community once again a real pain with NCE… our customer has seasonal increases in workers (oct-dec). This varies from 5-30. now when trying to add monthly finance or scm users (new subscriptions), the minumin is 20. this is so ridiculous since they already have 100+ on yearly or even triennial basis. We try to escalate it to Microsoft Switzerland, since the customer dpes not want to accept this (what I understand). Microsoft Switzerland does not believe this is a general problem could you guys please support me and write your frustration again? 🤓 thanks in advance DanielNEW Level Up CSP | M365 & Copilot Sales and Technical Bootcamps!

I got triggered to ask my question due to this announcement: January 2024 announcements - Partner Center announcements | Microsoft Learn. So I got a hypothetical question regarding pricelists, price changes and deprecated SKUs. When we purchase a SKU now, which will being removed from the pricelist in the future (being deprecated), how can we verify new prices when price changes are applied? Example: - We purchase a M365 E3 (with Teams) SKU now. - This SKU is being removed from the price list from 1st of February as it's being deprecated. - And Microsoft applies a +5% price increase in September due to currency exchange rates (note; this is just hypothetical, no announcements were made to change the prices in September). - How can we verify the new purchase and ERP prices, if the SKU is not listed on the price list anymore? Of course we can calculate ourselves what a +5% price increase would look like, but how can we make sure what the real/specific prices would be? Hope anyone can give us some insights on it. Cheers, MartijnCustomer CUSTOMER_NAME notified of anomalous activity in Azure subscription
How do others feel about the alerts showing up in the Partner Center? We’ve detected suspicious or malicious activity in this Azure subscription. The customer of this subscription has been notified. What suspicious or malicious activity did microsoft detect you ask? An important security update is available for your Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) resource(s). That's right, there is no suspicious or malicious activity. Microsoft wants people to install an out of band security update and thought sending a notification to all azure customers was the best way to ensure that happened. Half the clients that received this alert aren't even running windows servers! Those that are running windows servers do not have the WSUS role installed. All the clients Microsoft alerted us about to suspicious activity in their subscriptions... Don't use WSUS We did have the pleasure of manually closing every single alert as "ignore" and I'm delighted to know that these alerts didn't count towards the security requirement to have an avg response time of less than 24h. I thought the partner security alerts were to notify us of critical issues microsoft detected in azure subscriptions. This, does not appear to be that. Am I missing something? thoughts?
