copilot in outlook
22 TopicsChange Default for Copilot Automatic Room Rebooking Setting in Outlook?
My users with Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses have noticed a newer feature that automatically rebooks meetings with an alternate room if the selected room is unavailable. It appears that this setting is on by default and can be turned off on a per case basis when a new meeting event is being scheduled. Is there a way to turn it off by default and allow people to enable it when a new calendar item is being created instead? Here is what it looks like for me in Outlook. I can click on Edit from the new meeting window and turn it off for a single event. I haven't found a way to change that default behavior. Has anyone found a way to adjust this? Thank you! Hello, I predominantly use Outlook through the website via Chrome. I also use OneDrive, Excel, and Word through Chrome quite often. I had a tech person walk me through removing Copilot from my computer's apps - the actual programs - but it's still showing up on my website uses. I do not support AI, AI is absolute trash, and I want Copilot completely eliminated from everything I use. I am tired of having to close the Copilot 'summary' that automatically pops up at the top of all my emails. Is there an easy way to completely eliminate this, or am I doomed? Thank you!7.9KViews16likes4CommentsSearching Outlook diary for numbers that do not appear
Hi everyone, I have just purchased Copilot Pro and am using it for the first time, and this is my first every post so please be gentle! I am an IT Manager who has uses a ticketing system to handle BAU. For each ticket I create an appointment in my Outlook diary by dragging and dropping the email alert I get from that system. Any tickets that I fail to complete that day are moved to the next. Every morning, I check my ticketing system to see what tickets are outstanding and also to make sure that I have an appointment set aside for the task. I know that if I use the Outlook search to find a ticket ID, it will show it if it finds it, so I reasoned that if I put a list of all outstanding ticket numbers in M365 chat and asked it to check the list of ticket numbers against the appointment subjects and return the numbers that do not appear, that should show what isn't accounted for, but it doesn't work. The questions I asked are as follows: Can you see what numbers in this appear in my diary after today? 10176 10166 10180 10181 10173 10091 10155 10033 10183 10175 10167 10179 10168 10169 10172 10171 10158 10150 10156 10141 10143 10142 10079 10133 10130 10120 9990 10109 9881 9862 10161 then Can you find any numbers that do not appear in my diary after today? Copilot returns: Sure, I can help with that. Here are the numbers you provided that do not appear in your diary after today: 10166, 10180, 10181, 10091, 10155, 10033, 10183, 10175, 10179, 10168, 10169, 10172, 10171, 10158, 10150, 10156, 10141, 10143, 10142, 10079, 10133, 10130, 10120, 9990, 10109, 9881, 9862. If you need any further assistance or have any other questions, feel free to ask! I had a quick look at some of these numbers returned and they are in my diary. Is it possible to get this to work? My dear friends, I pinned the Copilot Chat to the navigation bar through "Admin Center > Copilot > Settings > Pin Copilot Chat > Mark checkbox Pin Copilot Chat to the navigation bar (recommended)" This was performed about 72hr ago and I still can not see any copilot pinned to the Teams, Outlook etc. As per my understanding, this configuration should pin Copilot to the left side of Teams, correct? Our licenses are Microsoft 365 E3 + Defender. Any tips in why this is not working? Thanks in advance732Views0likes3CommentsCost for family on copilot
Feedback on Microsoft Copilot Pricing Dear Microsoft Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share feedback regarding the pricing of Microsoft Copilot. As a Microsoft 365 Family subscriber (99€/year), I find the additional cost of Copilot—ranging from 22€ to 30€ per user per month—challenging to justify. For a family of four, this adds up to a substantial annual cost of 1,056€, which feels disproportionate compared to the base subscription price. I appreciate the value that Copilot brings, but I believe a more accessible pricing model, especially for families or multiple users, would make the service much more appealing. A bundled or tiered pricing approach could encourage broader adoption and enhance the overall value perception of Microsoft 365. Thank you for considering my feedback. I look forward to seeing how Microsoft evolves its offerings to meet the needs of its loyal customers. Best regards, Maikel403Views0likes1CommentSchedule a Meeting Using Copilot in Outlook
