Teams recording won't stop - new 4 hour recording every 4 hours!
I hosted a meeting, which I recorded. My organisation's internet connection dropped and we were forced out of the meeting. When I rejoined I had no option to stop recording - only start recording was an option. I thought we had lost the recording, however, 4 hours later it published. But every 4 hours since then it is publishing a new 4 hour video for an empty meeting (black screen, no audio). Nobody is left in the meeting. I have tried rejoining and ending the meeting, but still the recordings continue. When the host is connected to a VPN, such as PPTP/L2TP and then I launch Windows Sandbox, I have no internet in it. please fix this. this problem existed on build 19H1 and it still exists on build 20H1 (18885). I've been testing and using this feature for as long as the new Edge has been around, without parallel downloading flag (edge://flags/#enable-parallel-downloading), the download speed is unbelievably slow, with the flag enabled, it's only slightly better. I don't know how many concurrent connections Edge makes to the download server with this flag on, but it's very broken. for example, download speed of a file in Edge is only 500 KB/s with parallel downloading on, with a download manager like Free Download Manager, the speed is 10x faster. I'm aware that this is depended on the network conditions of each user and my experience can't be universal and experienced by everyone, but the simply fact that a download manager with 6 to 8 concurrent (parallel) connections can fully utilize my Internet bandwidth, and Edge can't do this, is a problem. this is not something to be fixed with a simple browser reinstall or even related to OS. throughout the past 2 years I've done these countless times, literally. Show device's private IP address and Public IP address next to PC name in Windows Settings => System => Remote Desktop for faster and easier connection and usage. it makes sense to show them next to PC name, because remote desktop apps on other devices such as phones accept those 3 types of methods to find and connect to PC, but in Windows settings only 1 of them is shown. if you want to find the private IP address that DHCP gives you, you have to do extra work and get it from properties of network adapter etc. or to find your public IP address you have to use a 3rd party website or service. so, it all makes sense and makes things easier to have all 3 pieces of information right in the Windows Settings. I've tested this myself and have had other people test it in my presence too, and in different network conditions, having all 3 pieces of information is always useful and necessary for Remote desktop connection. Adding a comment to a DevOps Work Item using a given user
Second time writing this, as when trying to post the first time it gave me an error "invalid html" and discarded all my content -.- In Flow, I am using a DevOps - Update Work Item action, that updates a work item and adds a comment to it, using the Other Field "history" as the content of the comment. The problem is that the author is set to be the owner of the connection that the action is using, yet since the flow is triggering using an email, the author needs to be set dynamically using the email's author (provided he has an account in DevOps). How can I do this? Is there another name in "other fields" section, perhaps something like "Author" that I can use to set the author of the comment given the name, email or id from the email that started the flow? I don't think it's a known issue, didn't see anything about it in here Neither Google chrome, nor Edge insider can load the components section of Packetmon extension in WAC 1909. I even waited several minutes and all I saw was loading icon circling. I'm connected to a Windows server 2019 data center edition virtualized on Hyper-V, through a SSTP VPN connection. so because I'm trying to manage my virtual server from a non-domain computer, I have to first use a VPN to connect to the server's private network and then I am able to type in the private (local) IP address of the server in the WAC and add it to the list of servers to manage.Make Task Manager to show individual programs' network usage after connecting to VPN
When connected directly to Internet in general (WIFI in my case), Task Manager shows each program's network usage in the network column, but after connecting to a VPN (PPTP/L2TP/SSTP), Task Manager shows 0% on all programs network usage, the only process that shows network usage is "System". so all of the computer network usage are gathered into one process. please change this behavior because it's not useful and very counterproductive. please Upvote this feedback: https://aka.ms/AA6pl4vHow to connect excel sheet to get only new submission
Hello! I used Excel Power Query to pull data from KoboToolbox. I did data cleaning in the same file and when refreshed to get new submission my cleansed data refreshed as well. Could you please, suggest an easy and best way to tackle this issue. What I tried so far but not succeed. In a new excel file from Data ribbon Existing connection pulled data but again when refreshed lost cleaned data In a new excel file Data ribbon New Query pulled data cleansed but lost after refresh... I wanted to have pull and work in the same sheet apparently it doesn't work in this way... Maybe I need a pulling data and work table data but how to get only new submission by using Power Query?
