Is it possible to: 1. place a retention policy on created Microsoft Form items? If it isn't can anything be done with PowerShell to warn users when a forms is x amount of days/months/years old? 2. is it possible to use the DSAR tool to find personal information that may have been entered into an MS Teams form? Then is it possible to remove this information easily if someone puts in a right to be forgotten request? 3. Is it possible to use the DLP O365 feature with MS Forms?
Which Microsoft Services Should i Opt To, To Manage a 5 memebers team
Hello. I do have a very general query. I am starting to manage the backend of a https://audiobooksaga.com/ and have to manage a team of 5. I have been provided with limited resources and all of the work is to be done hybridly. I want to get feedback on the services, that can handle tasks like meetings, sync calendars, monitoring members' reports and work, auto-task creations and a private record keeper that can track a record of the reports, emails and assignments with permissions only. Microsoft Forms Spreadsheet not updating after Sensitivity Labels applied
We have created a Microsoft Form on a SharePoint site to collect sensitive data. Our security team wants us to implement an access control sensitivity label applied to the spreadsheet tied to the form data in the even it is accidentally shared. We created an access control sensitivity label scoped to the few members of the SharePoint site and applied it to the spreadsheet and have verified access is indeed blocked if spreadsheet is shared to anyone not allowed in the label. The problem occurs when new data is entered into the form: the spreadsheet no longer updates with new data. We can sync the data to a new spreadsheet and the new responses show up with the old. But again if we apply the label, no new form data is updated. How do we modify the label so that when applied to the form's spreadsheet, new data is allowed to be added?
Can IT Admins Block Anonymous Responses in Microsoft Forms?
Is it possible for admins to configure Microsoft Forms so that users cannot create an option for anonymous responses? For example, if there is a concern that someone might submit inappropriate responses, admins would want the ability to trace who provided the response. From my understanding, an anonymous response is completely untraceable.
