Sync New Outlook with iCloud Calendar
I just got a new laptop and am trying to sync the New Outlook Calendar with my iCloud Calendar. The intent is to have any Calendar changes made on one device (iPad, iPhone, laptop) to sync to all device Calendars. The problem I'm having is that iCloud Calendar only synchs with Outlook (Classic) and I want to sync with New Outlook. The Outlook version is 1.2025.1121.100 ; the Outlook Client Version is 20251128003.09 The list of Apps that comes up after clicking on Start shows both Outlook and Outlook (Classic). If I right click on Outlook (Classic) and click on uninstall (thought that might help fix this), the only Outlook listed in Apps > Installed Apps is Outlook. I did not uninstall Outlook. To set-up Calendar synching I opened iCloud > Calendars and Contacts > Calendars and Contacts Settings. I turned on "Automatically sync your iCloud calendars and contacts to Microsoft Outlook". After syncing completes, all iCloud Calendar entries appear in the Outlook (Classic) Calendar, but nothing syncs to the New Outlook calendar. I'm assuming this is an Outlook issue, not an iCloud issue. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks
Calendar not syncing today
Hi all, Was wondering if anyone else was having this issue today. Usually it goes away in a couple minutes, if not seconds (as it normally occurs because of bad wifi/network connection), but today I've had the message of "Can't sync right now. We'll try again soon." above my calendar for the whole morning (about 3+ hours so far). My boss is having the same issue on his end, so I was curious to see if this might be a more widespread issue, as opposed to a localized issue. Any thoughts/info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
Sync office calendars for daily schedule
Hi Guys, I work in an office of 9 and we all schedule appointments for each other but with recent updates to company software its become extremely difficult. I was hoping someone would have a suggestion on how to have the calendars sync so we can see who is available to take same day appointments. I was looking for the electronic equivalent of a daily planner that we do not have to manually move appoints into. Thanks!!
Linking Teams to Google Calendar
Hello, I have read through previous discussions about linking the Teams calendar to Google and understand that since Teams is linked to Outlook, then we should be able to sync Outlook and Google together and also see it in Teams. However, our organization solely uses Google, which means I have not had to set up Outlook. I just went to do so, and it was unable to open my email, assuming that is because we solely use Google. I am hoping to schedule a few staff meetings via Teams and feel it would be easier to do so if our Google calendar also showed in Teams. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
