SharePoint Calendar Issue
I have created a SharePoint calendar I wish to use to track maintenance activities for third party suppliers. Each time they send an email, I will drag the email to this new calendar in Outlook and amend the date time to create a meeting that shows the maintenance activity. I have done this as I don't want to block my calendar time. This part works, but how can I share this with the rest of my team? Currently although they are part of the SharePoint site, they cannot see these meetings in SharePoint. Is there a way to default this, or do I have to create a DL for the team and add this DL to the meeting invite?
Anonymous Calendar Sharing URL in Exchange is not working between Exchange 2016/2019 coexistence
Hi guys, (Scenery) I have 4 Exchange Servers 2016 CU22 Frontend; Only CAS Function | CAS Role I have 6 Exchange Servers 2019 CU9 Backend; Only MBX Function | MBX Role (Flow) Internet ==> HLB (Hardware Load Balancer) ==> CAS ==> MBX PS: Exchange Server 2016 CU22 is kept as CAS Role to maintain compatibility with older email clients. All users when accessing shared calendar settings get this error <HTTP ERROR 500> below using Exchange Server 2016 CU22 with proxy function. But. if i access directly through an Exchange Server 2019 CU9, the feature works perfectly. Follow the configuration: Any ideas guys? TMerge several Sharepoint calendars into one and show it in TEAMS
I'm trying to set up an organisation within Office 365 based on TEAMS where we have about > 500 users at different responsibility levels, during Covid pandemic, it was a little bit chaotic as everyone used its own conception and I want to make a more coherent setting : here's the thing/kind of users i have - normal user who is in one core-teams and several subject-related sub-teams - advanced user who manage several sub-teams in different core-teams, he is only attached to one core-team - coordinators for the advanced users of the core team - master coordinator for all the coordinators. We wilkl all be working with TEAMS as the main app !! what i would like to have is the following setting for the calendars : the normal users sees the calendar of his core-team and the sub-teams of the core-team the advanced users sees the calendar of his care-team and all the calendars of the other sub-teams the coordinator sees the calendar of the core-team the master sees the calendars of the core-teams. So what i basically need is a way to integrate several calendars into one and show this merged calndar for the relevant users ?
How to subscribe to Team's Calendar in an external client?
Hi, I like to use MS Teams Calendar for work, however I cannot check for schedule conflicts with other personal calendars of mine (i.e.: Family, Home, etc). That would require an external subscription feature, which I could not locate at the moment. - Is a subscription feature available or planned? - Anyone realized a workaround? Thanks, Alvaro
