Hi, I am pretty sure a couple of months ago Microsoft mentioned in the message centre that they were going to release a script to allow admins to revert the change they made that now displays all blocked apps in the Teams Apps App. Basically, we don't want blocked apps to be able to be requested or seen by end users. Does anyone know if this script was ever released?1.9KViews0likes1CommentMicrosoft has LOCKED me out of my OWN ACCOUNT
I have been trying to recover an old hotmail account of mine that I have been locked out of. I was locked out because the account was hacked and used for, I can only assume, malicious things or spam. The hacker changed all of my recovery information, I have attempt to do password recovery, I have filled out the ACSR form probably six+ times. Nothing works. I have read about many people who have run into the same issue as me. Microsoft has automated the whole process so its extremely difficult to talk to an actual human representative and then when I am able to its some poor outsource individual who has to follow a VERY limited procedure and essentially just ends ups directing me back to the automated system forms because they cant go off script and actually help me. Its insanely frustrating. There should be some manual way to reset the account. I've been willing to provide my ID, my passport.. Whatever it takes, but again thats not apart of the produre. The email is tied to other apps that are important like paypal, spotify, fb etc.. so its pretty essential that I recover it. I am extremely disappointed in Microsoft. I have been using their system since I was a kid. I made the first email I ever had with them and have been with them for two decades. Now to have their extremely ill thoughtout and what can only be described as lazy (likely cost effective) "security measures" be doing the opposite of what they are meant to be doing is very upsetting. If there is an actual representative that can help me who is not going to redirect me for the 100 time to a form I've already filled out I would really appreciate it.1.1KViews0likes0CommentsApp protection policy not applying
Hi, I'm trying to configure an iOS app protection policy for a client but I'm failing to get it applied on a iPhone XR with a fully licensed user. I deployed the app config policy with the IntuneMAMUPN key, currently only testing with the Outlook app, which is set as required in the portal. I reseted my phone, even created an Itunes account with my company test mail address, after configuring my phoen for the first time I installed the Intune portal App a go through the device registration process. My phone gets an compliant status, marked as personally, even if changed to company owned no change until now, Outlook config policy is applied but not the protection policy. When I check the monitor view I get the warning "This user is blocked by user-level wipe." and I can't find article about this error^^ Can anyone give me a hint to solve this nasty issue? Thanks.Solved6.5KViews1like5CommentsWe can learn from arabian browser too. block websites
On such browser specific website are simply blocked. now the point is: edge could add such feature too. the user simply create some group of banned websites, and then we can activate it. we want to ban social? we click social and edge blocks such websites (maybe for 1 hour). Soon i will create a list of priority, so that for edge devs is easier to understand which in my opinion should be implemented first, otherwise they get lost a bit. for example this suggestions has priority 2-3 in a scala 1-10 (max). there are other extensions able to do that, or you can use mac apps. PS: brave, opera, maiar, avast, ghostbrowser have been informed about the various suggestions too (if maybe other user use multiple browser like i do). this doesn't mean that now all browser will implement the same. main suggestions will always be sent to edge and google first. i will submit the features to firefox too, but first i need to exclude already available options. You can find this suggestion on Chromium too: CHECKLATER --------------- All my other suggestions are here: https://link.ws/edgesuggestions Suggestions I liked from other user here: https://link.ws/othersuggestions Chromium suggestions list 1: https://link.ws/chrome1 and 2: https://link.ws/chrome2 From end 2020-10 all suggestions are written on both Edge and Chrome at the same time, suggestions before 2020-10 are available only on Chrome.885Views0likes1CommentBenutzer werden bei Microsoft Teams (free) gesperrt
