Today we’re expanding the Universal Print public preview to include Microsoft 365 E3 and A3 subscriptions. Office 365 E3 and A3 subscriptions are not eligible at this time. We have an updated connector for Universal Print preview and we urge everyone who is using the connector today to download the latest version and test it. To enable larger deployments during private preview, we have increased the number of printers that can be shared with users from 100 to 2,500. You can start using this additional capacity today. If you are part of the public preview, there is no action required on your end to get this added capacity — just start sharing more printers. Let us know how it goes. We have updated connector for Universal Print to version 1.26. We urge everyone who is using the connector to update today by downloading it here. The updated connector offers the following improvements: Fixes a critical stability issue in the connector that was causing some jobs to remain incomplete. Significantly improved network error handling to reliably get print job notifications from Universal Print service. Supports Hybrid Active Directory configuration that associates user name in the spooler queue of the connector PC.
