Fewer users in "Users" table than in "Messages" — how to ensure full user data?
Hi, I'm analyzing Viva Engage exported data and noticed that the Users table contains fewer users than the number of unique user IDs appearing in the Messages table. Some user IDs in the Messages table (as message authors) do not have corresponding entries in the Users table. Is there a known reason why some users might be excluded from the Users export? Is there a way to ensure all users who post or interact are included in the Users table? Any insight into how to resolve or explain this discrepancy would be greatly appreciated. Hello, I’m working with the exported reports from Viva Engage, and I’d like to know if there is any way — based on the messages data in the documentation or export — to determine whether a specific post is a repost of another one. I have reviewed the schema documentation for messages, but I couldn’t find an obvious field that indicates if a message is a repost or links back to the original post. Is there a recommended field or approach to identify reposts programmatically from the exported data? Any guidance or examples would be appreciated. Thank you!
Viva Engage community insights exported data missing the first half of the year
Viva Engage community insights doesn't include the data from the first half of the year when exporting data for 365 days. I am trying to see our community insights data from January 2024 up to the current date, but the csv file only shows July to the current date, leaving the first half of the year.Viva Engage reporting with Viva Suite not working
Hi, I have a Viva Suite licence in order to access Viva Engage reporting by campaign. However, even using the right # for the campaigns, no statistics appears on the campaign dashboard. See image below. It is stuck on zero, even though I can see in the feed that the Viva Engage posts using this campaign hashtags have been seen and have some engagement (e.g. reactions). Why and how can it be fixed? Else it is useless to pay for reporting to finally not have any easy overview of the statistics. In case I missed something, can't we have access to an overview of statistics by community? Thank you a lot in advance for your help. It looks so messy so far.
