Hi everyone, I oversee the HR Analytics team at my company, and we’re evaluating a potential change to our Glint employee experience survey. Specifically, we’re considering giving two members of my team access to detailed numeric data at the individual level to support more advanced lifecycle analyses. Importantly, this access would not include any comment data - only numeric responses. Has anyone else made this adjustment? Hello! I’m not sure if this is the right forum for my question—please let me know if I should post elsewhere. I’m interested in learning how other Viva Glint customers handle sharing survey results within their organizations. Specifically, does anyone provide access to results directly to broader groups, rather than using a cascading process (from C-suite to VPs and then to Managers)? Currently, our process takes 4-6 weeks, as results are cascaded down each management level. I’d love to hear about other approaches—how do you share results? Hi, I'm analyzing Viva Engage exported data and noticed that the Users table contains fewer users than the number of unique user IDs appearing in the Messages table. Some user IDs in the Messages table (as message authors) do not have corresponding entries in the Users table. Is there a known reason why some users might be excluded from the Users export? Is there a way to ensure all users who post or interact are included in the Users table? Any insight into how to resolve or explain this discrepancy would be greatly appreciated. Hello, I’m working with the exported reports from Viva Engage, and I’d like to know if there is any way — based on the messages data in the documentation or export — to determine whether a specific post is a repost of another one. I have reviewed the schema documentation for messages, but I couldn’t find an obvious field that indicates if a message is a repost or links back to the original post. Is there a recommended field or approach to identify reposts programmatically from the exported data? Any guidance or examples would be appreciated. Viva Engage community insights doesn't include the data from the first half of the year when exporting data for 365 days. I am trying to see our community insights data from January 2024 up to the current date, but the csv file only shows July to the current date, leaving the first half of the year.202Views0likes2CommentsComment Threshold using Question Responses Filter
Has anybody else run into this? I opened a ticket because comments were being suppressed even if there were 10+ respondents when using 'Question Response' filters. Our threshold is 10. The engineering team said that 'Question Response' threshold are always 20 for comments regardless thresholds set in configuration. Why would the threshold configuration work for some filters but not others?! I can't find documentation either. Anyone else?Viva Engage: report with annual total posts?
Is there a report anywhere that can give me either an Engage community's total number of posts/announcements or the total number of posts/announcements for the calendar year?
