Can't create a meeting summary issue
We are working with one of our sales teams to evaluate Copilot for Sales. Everyone on the team is set up the same but one particular user is seeing the error message "Can't create a meeting summary". The Sales tab is visible in Teams and but had to be added manually. The other users had the Sales tab appear without any intervention and the Meeting Summaries are being created without any issue. Copilot for Sales works perfectly fine in Outlook and also Dynamics so I am stumped as to the issue. Any suggestions?
Sales Copilot Teams Meeting recap vs Teams Premium Recap
Have been testing the meeting recap feature as I believe this is one of the most useful potential features, but I have been very disappointed by what I'm seeing in the recap. I also have access to Teams Premium and the recap for a meeting that it provides are so much more useful. I am hoping this is a v1 issue and can be improved. Anyone else experiencing this as well?
Viva Sales Teams meeting summary not working
Good morning all, I've got Viva Sales working great for adding contacts into Dynamics but the Teams meeting summary integration seems to be missing for me. I can add the tab to a Teams Meeting but when I try to activate it, I get the following error: Can’t create a meeting summary Summaries are created when meetings are recorded and transcribed. Ask your admin to turn on transcription for Teams meetings. Teams meeting recording and transcription is working fine, but no luck with Viva Sales. I also noticed that themsdyn_vivaPower Platform environment has not been created so I suspect that there was an issue with the initial setup. Appreciate any help. Steve
Viva Sales Summary not working
I have done a test meeting in Teams with auto transcriptions running. After that, I go to the Viva Sales tab and it gives me the "Preparing your meeting summary" message. But, now a day later, that message is still being displayed and I have no meeting summary. I would like to know what I am doing wrong and could use some suggestions. Thanks
Viva Sales with Outlook Integration
Hi - have a few questions: Should Viva Sales prompt end users to login to Outlook even if Viva Sales is not being used in Outlook? (Following up on 1st question) - How can Viva Sales be configured to not prompt this? If this is a new requirement, how can this be bypassed for those who don't have access to connect to a D365 CE environment?Viva Sales Teams Bot not working
Hi, I have added the Viva Sales app to outlook and it appears to work beautifully. Great app 🙂 However I can add the Viva Sales app to Teams and add it to a chat window but when I send a contact it never expands. I can still link to the Dynamics record but I never see the expanded window in the chat with with the customer details. Thanks
Missing Viva Sales Bot
Hello, We have installed the new Viva Sales preview. The functionality is working in Outlook recognizing my contact as a customer. The Outlook Teams meeting also recognizes the contact as a customer and the Viva Sales tab was added to the meeting. The meeting was recorded with transcription, but I'm still not getting the Viva Sales bot with the meeting summary. I've read through thisUse Viva Sales in Teams (microsoft.com). I'm just not sure what I'm missing. Thanks.
