Viva Sales Teams Bot not working

Hi, 

 

I have added the Viva Sales app to outlook and it appears to work beautifully.  Great app 🙂

 

However I can add the Viva Sales app to Teams and add it to a chat window but when I send a contact it never expands.  I can still link to the Dynamics record but I never see the expanded window in the chat with with the customer details.

    Could you please elaborate on the experience that does not work for you?

    By 'expended window' do you refer to the 'view details' button?

      Hi, Limor_Manasherov,

       

      No what I am referring to is the copy/paste functionality of it.  So in Outlook I get I find a customer and click the copy link.  Then go over to Teams and paste it into a chat window where I have added the Viva Sales bot to. 

      I just get a normal link in the chat window like this:

       

        It doesn't expand to show the contact details in all of the videos like this:

        Hi WarwickLeahySSW - thanks for clarifying the issue!

         

        Link unfurling to adaptive card happens in the message compose area (where you type the message). Could you please share the following details -

         

        1. Which Viva sales Teams app version are you using? (Navigate to apps, search for Viva sales, click on it. The version is under 'App features' section)
        2. Attach HAR file for failed unfurling -
          1. Open teams on browser, open dev tools (press F12) and navigate to network tab
          2. Navigate to the chat/channel you'd like to share the link in and paste the link in message compose area. Please wait few seconds before hitting send (don't have to send the message).
          3. In dev tools, press on 'export HAR' and send me the file via email/DM (limanash@microsoft.com
