Hiya, I've enabled logging for the Operational event log under Applications and Services Logs - Microsoft - Windows - PrintService but when I print I don't get any events. Add all the features from Universal Print back in to Windows Server. There are many situations where the cloud cannot be utilized and these features would be useful. Such as in financial, healthcare, and government environments. We have a large government contract area that could use this, but they need to be on an air gaped network. When trying to print a RTF document from Word 2013 the system Blue Screened and restarted immediately. Upon reboot no printers were able to print even a test page. Removed all printers and am working with only a local USB connected Printer Ran icacls %temp% /grant %username%:(OI)(CI)F /T /C - No Change Ran Troubleshooter - only found that the printer was not set as default Cleared the Spooler cache Changed Profiles with the same issue following in that profile Cannot find any other information on resetting the printer subsystem.
