Where is the MEMBERSHIP tab in Partner Center
I was on a call with a partner and noticed they didn't have the MEMBERSHIP tab in their partner center. After looking around and not seeing why, I checked my org PC and didn't see it in ours either. Fast forward 2 additional partner calls and no MEMBERSHIP tab on theirs either. Can someone at Microsoft advise why it's not visible? I was able to troubleshoot and find a workaround, but other partners may be having issues as well. This is happening with my partners in the U.S. and U.K. as well. If anyone wants a workaround to get to the MEMBERSHIP menu items, below is what I've been sharing with partners. The MEMBERSHIP TAB in the Microsoft Partner Center has gone missing. However, if you need to access the MEMBERSHIP TAB, I was able to figure out a workaround until Microsoft fixes that bug. To get to the MEMBERSHIP menu items, click on the “My Access” Tab. Click on the “My Learning Profile” from the left menu. You should now have the MEMBERSHIP menu available. This is a work around until Microsoft fixes that bug. Screenshots below😊
How to get initial access to partner centre? I am lost
Hi, I registered on partner centre a week ago, filled out details of my business and it said wait for verification. After it, I cant see any status in "Overview" of my verification process or do anything in partner centre. Few days back I got emails for Entra recommendations but nothing from partner centre. I tried creating support ticket but it asks for workspace ID and I dont have it therefore can't create any support ticket. Can anyone tell me how to get around it? Or the solution is to just wait? I just dont want to wait for 2 weeks and then get to know that something was pending on me.

Hello there, I understand that "Microsoft runs on trust" but even after opening a ticket I've not been told what's the trust issue. The only answer I have is: Microsoft runs on trust. We engage in a rigorous set of evaluation and certification processes; as a result your request was blocked I'm a Microsoft Partner since few years, it's not a new enrollment, why can't I know what changed and caused this issue? Honestly, I'm the one who's losing faith in Microsoft. Is there a valid reason? Windows hardware developer program deactivated in Partner Center - support cases closed unresolved.
Hello, I need assistance with the Windows Hardware Developer Program in Partner Center. My account shows as deactivated and inaccessible, even though my account is fully authorized and, I am the Global Administrator for our Entra ID tenant. Our organization has an active EV code signing certificate. Our D-U-N-S/company information is valid I have already opened Partner Center support tickets, but they were closed without resolution: Case ID: 2508050010001953 Case ID: 2508080010002600 Case ID:2508160010000069 Case ID:25081900100000123 First two tickets got closed, last two tickets I just opened asking for more clarification. Our company is desperately need to get WHQL certified driver so our customers can ship Windows products. From other community posts, it seems this may require a manual review and escalation to Partner Center Operations / Vetting Team, since automated provisioning has failed. Problems Registering for the Hardware Program
Hello! Over a week ago I found, that my organization account for some reason disappeared/deleted without notification and I couldn't log in to it anymore... Last year our company participated in the Hardware Developer program, had the verified Developer profile, and successfully submitted the hardware programs. Just after that, I registered the organization again, entered the same company data for the verification, and also passed the Developer verification again very quickly, then clicked to participate in the Hardware Program again. For some reason, I still don't see the Hardware Program active in my account, but together with that I can't activate it again in the list of available programs. So it is not active and I can't select it to activate it... I created a support ticket 10 days ago and I still waiting for the resolution... I have tried to ask what is the issue, but received a response - "Account Verification is still under review". After that, I asked another question about the issue and how much time will it take to resolve it - but received no response... Could someone explain what happened? Why the organization was deleted? Why after successful Developer profile verification the support team tell, that verification is still going on?
