Outlook for Mac Handling Marketing Emails
I'm on the Marketing Team at my company. Like any Marketing Team, we send out emails via an Email Marketing Platform, like MailChimp or SendGrid. There are only 2 of us who use MacBooks with Outlook. Every email that is either a test or the final deliverable doesn't display elements correctly. As an example, a 2 column layout will stack vertically in Desktop View. Are there plans on fixing this? Authentication errors when trying to log in
Hello everyone, I'm trying to assist my manager with some technical difficulties regarding his Outlook account. He says that he can't log into Outlook on his mobile devices, including an Android phone, an Android tablet, and an iPhone. The error he receives says that Outlook is failing to authenticate. He can still log in on his desktop and laptop, however, this isn't ideal because he moves a lot throughout the day. Because of this, I can't be there to investigate his devices, but I can relay assistance over the phone. I appreciate any recommendations on where to start looking to troubleshoot and resolve this issue, and will do my best to answer any other questions. Outlook IMAP in PHP
I'm trying to retrieve inbox mail using IMAP, but I'm encountering the following error. I've attached the code and error details below. iOS Calendar & Outlook - All Day events "On day of event" alert not working as expected
Using iOS Calendar (iOS 18.4.1) to display Outlook Calendars, if creating an All Day event using iOS Calendar I'm unable to select "On day of event (09:00)" as an alert time, it keeps resetting back to "None". If I create the All Day event in Outlook on the phone, and select remind me "Day of event (09:00)", this works within Outlook, but when viewing the event in iOS Calendar it displays "On day of event (00:00)". If I create the All Day event in Outlook on the web, and again select remind me "Day of event (09:00)", this works and is displayed in both Outlook (phone) and iOS Calendar as correct "On day of event (09:00)". End result is that using iOS Calendar to create All Day events I'm unable to select "On day of event" as an alert, I have to use Outlook on the phone, but this creates the alert (in iOS Calendar) for midnight, or if I do want to be notified at 9AM then I need to use Outlook on the web. Has anybody else experienced the same or is it a quirk of settings somewhere?
How to embed a Microsoft Form into an Outlook email?
I know it's possible to go to the Insert tab > select Poll > create a poll and add it to the email. However, I need to embed a Microsoft Form that was already created into an email, is this possible? Polls are powered by Microsoft Forms so I would think there is a way to embed a form instead of a poll but I can't find a way to do it. Below is an image of a poll that was created and added to an email then sent to a recipient. Automatic Activation of Automatic Responses when selecting "Out of Office" as the Appointment Status
Why doesn't outlook automatically activate "automatic responses" when an user sets an appointment on the calender with an "out of office" status. Literally the entire premise for automatic responses is for when an user is out of the office, so how is this not an existing feature? Another option would be to have a checkbox or an option to select "send automatic responses" when creating the appointment, or upon selecting "out of office" as the "show as" status.
