Should assigning an Org AA Service Number as the CallerID for a SfB user now work? New-csCallerIdPolicy -Identity ServiceNumber -Name ServiceNumber -Tenant {removed} -CallerIdSubstitute Service -ServiceNumber 12674234538 In our tenant if we do the above the SfB user can no longer make outgoing calls. Hi, I put in port requests for our corporate AA and for the AA of a company we recently required. The numbers were supposed to be service numbers so I could map them to our AA, but instead they show us user numbers and so I haven't been able to map them. I opened a support request imediately and heard back from support on the 13th and they said they would get it straightened out. Today they reached out and said they have received no update and I may want to delay my port request until we hear back from the engineers. When I went to change the port schedule, I now see a message saying "Your numbers will be transferred in the next 24 hours. This order can no longer be cancelled or changed." New Features Available for Cloud PBX Organizational Auto Attendant! There are two new features that have been enabled for your tenant. Try them out and submit any feedback to make this product even better! Business Hours: Allows specific call handling options for calls arriving during and after Business Hours and defining your organization’s Business Hours. Speech Recognition: Extends the Dial by Name functionality to leverage a caller’s Speech to traverse options. Next Steps If you haven’t already, enable Org AA for your tenant. Encourage users to start using your Org AA number! Configure Business Hours to support your organizational needs. Speech Recognition is enabled by default for supported languages. Getting Started Please download and follow the steps in the document found in the My Activities -> Downloads section once you have signed in of www.skypepreview.com. Known Issues There are a few known issues, which are currently being worked on: Not all US states currently have service numbers available to acquire. If you have users that are on-premises, the Auto Attendant directory search will return them in the results but the call transfer will fail. Support Throughout the Skype for Business Preview program, you will be able to get support on the features that you are trying out. To get support, please start your service request online in the Office 365 admin center. Note: When submitting a service request, you must select Skype for Business Preview and then the relevant product in the dropdown to ensure your ticket is routed accurately. Please note that support engineers are available to provide support from Monday – Friday between the hours of 6 AM – 9 PM EST. Requests outside of those hours will be triaged the following day. I just wanted to say our setup experience for the functionality that is currently on org aa is excellent! Love seeing org aa coming to life. Some more nuanced feedback: -there are text to speech engines that make voices much more natural sounding than what org aa does. See http://www.acapela-group.com/ (Sharon English voice) for example. from our feedback from customers who are implementing cloud PBX in smb there are several features which are really key to org aa being useful: -Menu Options (Press 1 for Sales, 2 for Service etc) -Extension Dialing (that a caller can just dial an extension when they hear the aa menu) -Business hours I'm sure our "needed" features are coming in the next wave (is there a time frame when that is?), so great on what is already out in the Preview.
