feedback on org auto attendant: what is there is excellent
I just wanted to say our setup experience for the functionality that is currently on org aa is excellent! Love seeing org aa coming to life. Some more nuanced feedback:
-there are text to speech engines that make voices much more natural sounding than what org aa does. See http://www.acapela-group.com/ (Sharon English voice) for example.
from our feedback from customers who are implementing cloud PBX in smb there are several features which are really key to org aa being useful:
-Menu Options (Press 1 for Sales, 2 for Service etc)
-Extension Dialing (that a caller can just dial an extension when they hear the aa menu)
-Business hours
I'm sure our "needed" features are coming in the next wave (is there a time frame when that is?), so great on what is already out in the Preview. Great progress!
ps-when should we expect Call Queues Preview?
