Dial 0 to reach Operator
Is there a way with any of the SfB Online features or preview features (currently enrolled in Dial Plans and AA preview programs) to enable the option to dial 0 after reaching a user's voice mailbox? This is one of the most important features we are waiting for as our users would like to give callers the option to reach our operator if they have an urgent issue. We also don't necessarly want all calls to go to the operator- with call forwarding- but looking for another option to route calls if needed. Hi Im on SfB 13811.20002 and in chat windows the time stamp and admin messages appear so very very very very small, tested this on other devices with the same effect. When we hosted a meeting at SfB, my screen is mirrored. Others see it correctly. The problem is I connected my screen to a LED screen, when I locked my screen for all. All audiences in this meeting will see the mirrored screen. It is not beautiful feedback from my customer. You can see the attached image. Started testing the new Serial Routing in Call Queues; is there any way to change the order of agents for the Serial routing option?
