Hi, Please can someone help. We are trying to deploy Teams with our school to enable remote learning. We have been setting quizzes to assess understanding using Forms. However, we are getting widely reported issues of images not displaying when added to a question. Retrying in Edge, Chrome may or may not fix the issue. I have refreshed or followed the links several times myself and sometimes they appear, sometimes they do not. We just get the eternal load or the broken image link. Is there anything we can do, is it certain types of pictures etc? We have tried uploading from our PC, using built in search. Its a real flaw at the moment because students quickly switch off when something is unreliable. It makes no difference if I open via teams in browser, desktop or online. Hi - I have set up an internal reporting system using microsoft forms - all works well - have built power automate to direct reports to the right teams. The only thing I can't figure out is why each report comes with my email rather than the email of the reporter? I know the answer must be simple as it is forms - but I can't work it out. Any ideas? I created a form linked to an Excel spreadsheet in SharePoint as well as a Power Automate approval flow triggered on submission. In addition to sending out confirmation/approval emails, the flow also updates the associated Excel spreadsheet with the approval/denial. The flow was working fine until last week but since then has failed 2 consecutive times. The failures appear to be related to the flow unable to find the automatically generated submission ID in the Excel spreadsheet. When I open the linked spreadsheet, the submission is not immediately present at first but the file does sync at that point and the entry appears. When re-triggered after the sync, the flow completes successfully. Not sure if it is related, but MS form/linked spreadsheets have been updated by Microsoft recently and I was prompted to go through an update process for synced Excel spreadsheets. I completed the update with this specific form last week after the flow failed for the first time. TLDR - my form only syncs with the spreadsheet once opened. Any ideas how to get MS Forms to update the spreadsheet in real-time as opposed to when it is opened?3.9KViews3likes4CommentsUsing comma as separator in Forms
I live in The Netherlands and we use a comma as a decimal separator. However when I use Microsoft Forms it doesn't accept the comma, it removes it. See below. Both Windows and Google Chrome have the right regional settings, namely Dutch. The strange thing is that when I do the same in a Sharepoint list, it works correct. So the problem seems to be with Microsoft Forms. Any ideas anyone? ps I have also set the primary language to Dutch.5KViews2likes6CommentsMicrosoft Forms (Require Number in Text Field)
Hello Everyone, I'm sure this probably a really simple question but how do I get Microsoft Forms to require a number entered as a text answer? The reason i'm asking is because I want to make an order form for monitor replacement for my school district but i'm finding that since its a text box they can enter anything. I had 3 responses that had questions and notes tacked into them and want to limit that for the future. Thanks17KViews3likes2CommentsIntroducing Forms data sync to Excel
The highly anticipated feature – Forms data sync to Excel is now available in Microsoft Forms. With just one click, you can now easily access all your form responses in Excel for the web and take advantage of Excel’s rich functions to analyze and visualize your data. With automatic syncing of new responses in real-time, you can keep working on your existing spreadsheet without missing a beat. No more juggling multiple copies of the same file, making it easier than ever to stay on top of important data. Ready to check out this feature? I am looking to create a form that multiple users can fill out: For commercial purposes, I am seeking to fill out the first two questions of a given form. I want to then submit those answers and send the form to a third party (with a notification) for them to fill out the remaining questions of the form. Finally, I want them to be capable of sending through the remaining answers back to me. Is the above realizable through Microsoft forms?68KViews0likes26CommentsLock down Form creation for staff
