I need to reinstall Windows 10 on my computer and I've heard that it can be done using a USB drive. However, I'm not entirely sure about the steps involved in creating a bootable USB and then using it to reinstall the OS. Could someone please provide a detailed, step-by-step guide on how to reinstall Windows 10 from USB? Here are a few specific questions I have: What tools do I need to create a bootable USB drive? How do I prepare the USB drive for the installation? What are the steps to follow during the installation process? Possible to keep the files and apps during reinstallation? Thanks for your help!4.3KViews0likes7CommentsServer 2019 Volume licensing activation key not working
I have a server that I am trying to install Server 2019 Standard. The Volume Licensing activation key is not working. The product was downloaded from the Volume Licensing portal along with the license key. The activation pane shows a product ID, and on the product key space the last (5) digits are already populated. The server had a previous Server 2016 evaluation running on it before it was reformatted before attempting to install Server 2019.Solved207KViews3likes28CommentsHow to reset windows 10 password without losing data?
Hey everyone, Windows 10 asks me changing the password a couple of time sin one year. Unfortunately, I've forgotten the login password to my admin account since last change and currently locked out. I have a lot of important files and applications C drive, so I'm trying to find a way to reset Windows 10 password without losing any data. I've seen various methods online, but I'm hesitant to try them without knowing if they're safe and won't result in data loss. Does anyone have experience with this situation? I'm looking for a step-by-step guide on how to reset my Windows 10 password without losing any of my files or installed programs. Any advice on tools or methods that are particularly user-friendly for non-tech savvy individuals would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help and suggestions!63KViews0likes10CommentsHelp me get FLIP to work.
Here's my specific question (I think): How can I use Teams for Education if I already use my school email for Teams for Business? My end goal is to be able to use the FLIP app available in Teams for Education. I intend to use FLIP as a video discussion platform for my university classes (FLIP is formerly Flipgrid, a 3rd-party tool from 2012, and acquired by Microsoft in 2018). FLIP is no longer supported by Microsoft as a 3rd-party tool. Recent news articles indicate that certain features have been integrated into Teams for Education. - https://help.flip.com/hc/en-us/articles/23985951972375-A-New-Chapter-for-Flip-FAQ - https://help.flip.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003080054-Microsoft-Teams-integration - https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msteams/forum/all/integrating-flip-into-microsoft-teams/fd43bd57-f755-4c4c-ab0d-2c71f79fdca3 My university already has a Microsoft Teams for Business account. But, FLIP isn't available for Teams for Business. As part of the tool acquisition deal, Microsoft only agreed to provide it for free for educational purposes. Therefore, the FLIP app was removed from the Teams for Business product on July 1st, 2024. So far as I understand, FLIP is only being integrated into the Teams for Education product. I tried downloading Teams for Education, but when I install it, Teams for Business opens. I can't open Teams for Education. Here are my questions: 1. Sales: Can I download and use Teams for Education independently from Teams for Business? Does Teams for Education require purchasing a separate license? Would I need a separate email (apart from the email I use for Teams for Business)? 2. Teams for Business Engineers: Is there a chance similar functionality to the FLIP app will be integrated into Teams for Business? If so, when might I expect that? Many thanks for helping me get FLIP (features) working for my students for Fall semester.3.6KViews0likes3CommentsTeams Room "Cannot Fetch Calendar"

What I have done so far: DISM /online /cleanup-image /check health - ok SFC /Scannow - Founder corruption, fixed it, restart, no change. Deleted ProgramData/Microsoft/*Teams files/folders Delete %appdata%/Local and roaming TEAMS files and TEMP cache. Delete Software Distribution folder content. Used 'Everything' app to find and delete the remaining TEAMS files. Restarted 3-4 times now, no change. Please advise? Hi, we've installed a on-premise Sharepoint 2016 on the default c:/ location. Because of IIS Hardening issue we've to move the webcontent/iis configuration to a non system drive. 1. Is it at all possible to change the Sharepoint installation afterwards to another drive? 2. Is it possible to only change the IIS specific sites/configuration to another drive without touching or reinstalling the whole Sharepoint again? Here the Hardening scanner info: Found web content on system partition. Found: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\16\WebServices\Root C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\33030 C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\xxx.
