Hello! Wonder if anyone can help troubleshoot a loading error (not loading at all) in the data I imported from CSV file. I am using the "Import from CSV app" to load bulk data to my SharePoint list. Everything is working from uploading to submission, however it stops loading at the end. the "Creating items... Please do not close the browser. Estimated time needed is 1 minute" dialog box simply freezes even after several minutes and hours of waiting, and when you check the sharepoint list nothing has been loaded.1.5KViews0likes1CommentImport Holidays into Shifts
Hi everyone, We manage our holiday, sickness and rest days in a HR system outside of MS Teams. We have the option to export from this system in Excel format. We are managing our team rota using Team Shifts and would like to import our teams holiday into this. Is there anyway we can do this using the import function on Shifts? At the moment it only gives us suggestions to put in a working shift pattern and I can't see the suggestion to put in holiday. Many thanks, James6.3KViews0likes1CommentTeams list update via excel
HI, I have uploaded a Excel Sheet into teams via sharepoint. Occasionally we want to update the data of that list using Excel. Exporting the list from SharePoint to Excel is no problem, but consequently importing it back and replace the list data with the updated Excel Sheet seems more difficult. How can I do this? Thank you.11KViews1like3CommentsTrying to come back to MS Edge chromium
I had been using MS Edge Chromium release version but decided to see if Brave Browser had improved. Used Brave for a couple of months but got frustrated with their lack of support responses and their SyncV2 recently released not being complete. Decided to install Edge Chromium Dev build. The problem is I can not import my settings from Brave Beta or even MS Edge Chromium release. I wound up having to import settings and extensions from Chrome that I have not used for several months. Is there no way to import settings etc from Brave Beta or at least from MS Edge Chromium release version at least? What is the status of syncing Tabs From Other Devices in MS Edge? Do any of the buidls aka Canary Dev or beta allow this type of syncing?611Views0likes0CommentsImporting data into a simple general ledger
Hello, I think that this will be a fairly simple question. I want an efficient way to import simple accounting data from staff cash reconciliation worksheets into an even more simple general ledger. The process would work (in my head any way) like. Step 1. Staff member saves to SharePoint (we use Office 365 Pro Plus ) an excel file with the details of the their cash reconciliation. Is looks like this.... there would be more data. https://filestore.community.support.microsoft.com/api/images/f5590537-61f8-4c05-9cfc-bc3eb147148d?upload=true 2. From a different file, the simple general ledger, I would import the data from the reconciliation, adding expenditure line by line. The general ledger looks like this.... https://filestore.community.support.microsoft.com/api/images/4dcc2bb6-6c30-440b-898d-020a7b51370c?upload=true 3. I then can simply analysis the data. I know how to do the analysing part. I just need some pointers on the importing of the data part. Mike1.4KViews0likes1Comment
