The OneDrive on my laptop isn't allowing me to upload any files as it is saying I don't have any storage available, but when I open OneDrive on the browser, it shows more than sufficient storage as I pay the subscription fee. Is there any reason as to why this is happening? I have contacted Microsoft support, which have been no help at all, giving solutions to problems which is not the issue I'm experiencing. The Microsoft support page is no help at all and trying to raise a support ticket is more or less impossible as the website keeps blocking the request. Now bear in mind i have went again and paid the subscription fee now for a second time to see if this fixed the problem, and no luck, took the money and no difference. I have uninstalled OneDrive from my laptop, I have reset the onedrive, i have tried all imaginable tasks, with no help from Microsoft Support. Does anyone have any solutions to this? Also, would anyone know how to get in contact to get the refund for the duplicate subscription fee?150Views3likes1CommentHelp- When I go onto the chat on a teams call, everything zoom/glitches
Recently, when I've been on a teams video call (on my computer teams app) and I go onto the chat, the whole screen view has changed. It becomes sort of zoomed in and very difficult to navigate. I can only go up and down by trying to click up through the chat messages or by trying to zoom out a lot so that I'm able to see the chat exit sign and I am not able to see any of the people in the call or any of the functions like leave/mute.... If I'm able to reach the exit button, once the chat is left the screen view goes back to normal. It's really annoying, please let me know how to fix this. I joined windows insider, and before I start I wanted to note originally only wanted to be in the beta, not the DEV or CANARY builds as I am a beginner. However, at this moment in time, the DEV build downloaded and this build is trying to install, I have clicked download/install multiple times and it takes forever, (I know it takes time but normally is much faster on my device) but when it finally hits 100%, it requests the restart for the update process, whenever my system is rebooted windows update says "Attention Needed" and the install failed. Yet-- when I go to update history this is what shows: Here is what my insider page looks like currently for note: So I am confused and frankly would either like to get this update install gone, or just the beta. Hello all, first some basic information, we use Teams for business and the following problem only affects the Teams mobile app. The problem occurs on several Android devices. The issue is as follows: We have set up a team as an example "test team" and there in the channel "general" tasks are created. As soon as you try to adjust the due date of a task, you are kicked out of the edit view and the screen freezes except for the back arrow. Can anyone help? Or is this a known bug? On fait principalement du support technique en informatique à distance et sur site ; Mais aussi de la préparation matériel informatique pour les besoins d’un client. Actuellement notre façon de gérer les interventions est trop manuelle. ( tout se fait principalement via outlook. ) J'ai ete charge de trouver des moyens pour plus automatiser la facon dont on communique les choses et comment on le fait. J'aimerai pouvoir : -mettre toute nottre messagerie outlook sur sharepoint ( pour que tout monde puisse y voir les demandes de support des clients ) -Quand une demande est faite , faire un sorte de ticket( formulaire ) type fiche intervention technique . et l'attribuer a un technicien . -Pouvoir rajouter nos clients et leurs sociétés dans le logiciel pour qu’on puisse voir l’historique de ce qui a été fait comme intervention et vérifier le taux horaire d’intervention. -Dans cette même partie, pouvoir faire une fiché d’intervention avec le logiciel (type cocher des cases avec la souris) -⚠ Pouvoir différencier entré un client sous contrat / hors contrat : -Les clients hors contrat c’est facture direct à partir de la fiche d’intervention. -Les clients sous contrat ont des contrats a l’année avec un nombre des heures qu’ils ont choisi. Hi, As an IT admin, I wanted to disable the "Send Usage data" in Remote Desktop Client. Can someone please tell me how can I disable this option for users?
