Hi all, sorry if this is already been asked, I tried a quick search and couldn't find my problem. I have a Onedrive family subscription, with 5 accounts that I manage (one is my main account and the other four have been registered only to upload my files). Some months ago, I uploaded all my files split between these accounts, sharing them all with my main account. This week I setup a new windows pc, using one of the secondary accounts that has files on it. I chose not to back up my computer. Now my files on said account are gone, it's totally empty. If I log in with that account on the browser I see nothing, all the storage space is available. The recycle bin is empty, no recent files. Strange thing is, if I login with my main account (the one I shared all my files to), I can still see the files, but the field in the details tab telling me which account is sharing with me (the owner), is empty, no name. Does anyone know what I have to do to have all my files available again on my secondary account? Thank you very much!508Views0likes1CommentProject on MAC
I have a few questions but first, some context haha: Signed up for Project Plan 3 trial, I have been searching everywhere for a way to download the desktop client to our MAC devices. From reading, I figured maybe it was a lack of assigning a license, so I assigned the Project Plan 3 license to myself as the 'Global Admin'. I still was unable to access any link to download Project Plan 3 desktop client. Our boss has a Microsoft 365 Family subscription, but I signed up for the Project Plan 3 trial using a new Microsoft account because it required me to. Note: while I was able to use the boss' 365 family account email and the company domain, it would not allow me to actually just 'add on' MS Project to the boss' account with the 365 Family subscription. From research, I assume this is because Project is not included as apart of the 365 Family subscription? but I am unsure and would like to confirm this? MAC system used in our company is : Ventura 13.4.1 I would like to clarify the below: Can Project Plan 3 desktop client run on MAC systems or only on Windows? Is Project included in 365 Family subscription or only 365 Office? What EXACTLY is included in Project Plan 3 for MAC systems? importantly: If I signed up for Project Plan 3 on a NEW Microsoft account (without any kind of 365 subscription), however I am apart of a company domain / share the same email with the boss' account (who has 365 Family subscription) - will this impact the usability of Project Plan 3? Ein nettes Hallo, ich bin gerade am verzweifeln mit dem Microsoft Support. Jeder Gesprächspartner hat das Wissen und die Kompetenz von "2m" des jeweiligen Produktes. Ein übergeordnete und vernetzte Frage überfordert den Support seit heute Morgen. Nun mein Versuch hier. Ich nutze Microsoft Family 365 und Teams (kostenlose Version) Ich möchte bei Teams gerne Task nutzen, was leider nicht auszuwählen ist. Frage1: Gibt es das Task in der kostenlosen Version? Wenn nein. Wenn ich nun Microsoft 365 Business Basic auswähle, dann brauche ich ja eigentlich Microsoft Family 365 nicht mehr, bzw. kann dann die ganzen Vorteile (Mehr Nutzer, Kids-Überwachung, ...) nicht mehr nutzen. Richtig? Gibt es denn nicht eine Möglichkeit mit Microsoft Family 365 und Teams, die App Task bei Teams zu nutzen?
