New user unable to search for external contacts
Hi all! We have a weird issue with one of our users in Teams. She is unable to do external lookup of users. Everyone else in my Org is able to do so. User has Microsoft 365 E5 license The Tenant is set to Teams only and we have compaired the user to others that are working without luck. Can anyone help me out?
Chat with external user instead of guest user
Problem: We have a user as a guest user in our AAD, but since the user is logged in to their own tenant most of the time, I can't chat with that user (it's always offline, last logged on 9/19/19). If I select search firstname.lastname@domain.com externally, it only gives me the guest user option. Problem should not be with external access since my organization can chat with other external contacts in that external organization. Example of another contact -> I can choose to chat with External or Guest user.
